That’s a very temporal way of looking at it; aluminum is actually more hazardous to the brain... as far as I am aware, poultry fumes are dangerous, whereas the mercury itself isn't. Regardless, I will give this segment a watch.
At home, we have gone through so much Rio Mare (by far the best) that it hardly matters anymore; you never truly know what you're eating, yet we remain loyal for the sake of price and flavor. The same goes for tuna steaks... delicious.
Then there are the salmon fillets... lemon, cheese, wine, and as one noblewoman here suggests, one really ought to try it with kiwi.
And when I prepare pasta, sauce, or salad, using a random hard Thai cheese...
one must be careful with their fingers (not while grating, mind you).
Once you pair it with white wine, you stop worrying about anything at all. 😁
