Growing up, I always thought a classic meat pie was strictly meat, and if you added cheese, it became a cheese pie. 🐔

If we're saying a meat pie is defined by the meat, then adding cheese should technically make it a meat and cheese pie. 🙂

As far as I'm concerned, a real meat pie is just meat. Everything else—cheese pies, potato turnovers, fruit strudels—those are just different kinds of pastries... 🤔 right? 🤷
