I stopped listening to them after that, aside from a few hits I hear out loud that make me dance. Theoretically, I know it is foolish to judge an artist based on a single live performance. However, I have been to so many concerts across so many genres, and I cannot recall a single one being this bad. And trust me, I have seen terrible shows. 😁
How adorable 😍
Yes, they are sweet. 😍

It seems like everyone is always such a huge fan of Jacko and Meg; I honestly can't recall ever meeting anyone who would actually call them their "main" band. 😁
On a different note, have you been following those religious processions moving through various cities? In a totally deregulated place like Miami, people were out there shouting ZDS, and then I read that in New York City, they were basically walking in circles praying Hail Mary. 🤦

Anyway, have you been following those religious processions moving through the cities lately? In a totally unhinged Miami, they were chanting ZDS, and in New York City, from what I'm reading, people were just walking in circles praying "Hail Mary." 🤦

People are leaving America link
I can't find the specific breakdown of whether more men or women are heading out, but if other guys in America are feeling as stuck as I am and have the chance to bail, then yeah, it's probably mostly men. Especially if they want the freedom of gender emancipation without being left completely unemployed in the process.

I assume things weren't exactly ideal back home in America, which prompted the move—much like so many others who decide to pack up and leave. I certainly hope you didn't make the mistake of moving without any savings. Moving to a new place as someone without a safety net, essentially wandering around looking for work and an apartment from scratch, is a grueling way to live. As I've learned through my own experiences, this modern world is incredibly driven by materialism. When everything is measured by what you own or how much you have, building genuine, lasting friendships becomes an uphill battle. It's difficult to find people who value substance over status when you're starting from zero.
The world is wide open to us, I suppose, but there's a persistent hurdle in my way: my grasp of the English language is somewhat tenuous. To ensure I don't lose the nuance of my thoughts, I find myself relying on Google to help bridge the gap while I write. If you actually spoke English, you wouldn't be spending your time posting on a forum like this—or at least, you might contribute something meaningful once in a while instead of just lurking.
The answer to this is actually quite simple. For me, wearing leggings is about more than just fashion; it’s about autonomy. I’ve noticed a growing number of women in this country who seem to believe they have a say in what men can or cannot wear. Personally, I have zero interest in being subjected to that kind of social bullying. I refuse to let anyone pressure me into feeling ashamed of my gender or force me to hide who I am just to appease someone else's sense of propriety.
Here is the link.
I hear you, man... I really do.
I would truly love to encounter a person who could actually master the trifecta: someone genuinely skilled in astrology, mathematics, and the English language all at once. It seems like a rare breed.🍿

I’d love to meet this supposed genius who’s somehow an expert in astrology, advanced calculus, AND English literature all at once!🍿
Nobody knows everything—we all have our gaps. Personally, I actually respect people for the things they know that I don't. No one can be a walking encyclopedia on every single topic.

Man, life is something else🤣🤣
My mom would be right there with them 100%. I know she was when Loso was playing; she sent me a recording she made. I'm a little disappointed—there wasn't much of a "master of chaos" vibe, or maybe she just didn't catch it on tape. Where even was this?

And you have to wonder. If you are part of a workforce of 70 people, and 67 of them got vaccinated, while the other two don't even see the point in testing—yet you are sitting there drowning in sadness and self-loathing because you supposedly "gave in" and took the shot—how can you not ask yourself if the problem lies within you? Their logic is fascinating... 🙏:

Linda King said:I've moved away, but let's talk about something else besides leggings. Do you have a dog or a cat?
I'm feeling pretty terrible—my cat hasn't shown up for two days now, even though she was perfectly fine the last time I saw her. Some people around here just hate animals; they speed through residential neighborhoods where pets live, and apparently, some people even go as far as poisoning cats. I also have another cat and a dog from my aunt that my mom takes care of, but my brother told me Mom took a fall yesterday and ended up in the hospital—supposedly with a broken leg.
I have zero intention of ever stepping foot on that forum again. After you sent me that link about women in leggings, I had the chance to see just how many women there are against me. It feels like there are hardly any women on that board who actually like me—it seems like those women live such comfortable lives compared to mine that they feel justified being so hostile toward me. But the history doesn't just end there.

Music doesn't mess with your depression. Honestly, it’s not a powerful enough chemical to actually rewire your brain. If it were, I’d be constantly flooded with dopamine and adrenaline, which just isn't how it works.
Of course it affects you. I started out with chat Cradle of Filth - Existence and stuff like that. As you grow up, your taste evolves. These days, I can't even imagine listening to bands like Cradle of Filth, Behemoth, Arch Enemy, or Children of Bodom anymore. That was strictly a teenage phase for me. Now? Hearing someone growling or anything like that just irritates the hell out of me. 😁
A few weeks ago, I actually put on some Cradle tracks just out of pure nostalgia. But I can't listen to that kind of music on a daily basis anymore. And it definitely is destructive and impacts who you are—because if it didn't, everyone would be listening to the exact same thing. 😉

I don't really intend to hang around that forum much longer either. After you sent me that link about women in leggings, I spent some time browsing the women's section and realized just how many of them seem to be against me. It feels like there aren't many women on that site who actually like me; maybe it's because they all live such comfortable lives compared to mine, which might be why they act that way toward me, but history isn't over yet.
I actually know of a case where someone with a little colony of cats lost one right after another close companion passed away. He hadn't seen her for months and just assumed she had perished somewhere. Then, he went to visit a friend he'd met after the disappearance and found out the cat was right there, alive and well. The guy told him she had just shown up at his place and had been living there for a while already. ☕ Cats sometimes decide to move out temporarily; something just calls to them and they wander off, only to show up again later.
We used to have a cat that would stop by every single afternoon. He’d eat a little something—if he approved of whatever was being cooked that day, I guess—and then take a nap on the couch before heading out. It was pretty obvious he was someone's pet. We actually had a nickname for him, Telesfor. 😍

You were just listening to mainstream garbage—not a single quality band in sight. It clearly wasn't for you, so just move on...👍

I watched Lords of Chaos recently, and it seems like so-called Black metal is just pure negativity and hatred. I'm not quite sure if it influences people or if it just attracts people who are already like that. It's probably a bit of both, maybe.

Man, that stuff just hits different. That rush of adrenaline you get from death metal—technical, brutal death, all of it... the truth is, you've gotta mix up your genres. If you just hammer away at brutal death metal non-stop, your brain is gonna turn to mush, kind of like how people get hooked on hardcore fetish porn.
Black metal is more about the vibe—that coldness, the nihilism, the Satanism. I’m not really sure how many people in their 30s or 40s actually feel the need to promote Satanism, though. I honestly think the whole point behind that image and aesthetic was just about believing in yourself above everything else.
Take this, for example: from the legendary black metal scene, you had guys like Emperor's Samoth and Trym starting up the death metal band Zyklon. Nobody has ever really pulled that off before—transitioning from black metal into death metal and actually succeeding at it. They're just straight-up brutal musicians.

Black metal feels more about the atmosphere, you know? It's more about that feeling, the coldness, the nihilism, and the satanic themes.
For instance, if you look at how legendary black metal musicians like Samoth and Trym actually started a death metal band Zyklon. I don't think anyone else has really pulled that off—transitioning from black metal to composing death metal and actually being successful at it. They are just incredibly talented, brutal musicians, I guess.
That's exactly what I mean. Please, don't post those kinds of disgusting links. I'm talking about mainstream death metal, heavy, thrash, and speed.

Look, death metal isn't mainstream by any stretch of the imagination. If you want to talk about bands playing for the paycheck, look at Behemoth—I mean, Nergal is a super sharp guy, sure, but they've definitely leaned into the commercial side. Plus, Inferno’s project Azarath is absolutely brutal. Honestly, one of the best acts on the scene over the last 15 years.
.
Some people might argue Bloodbath is mainstream just because it’s basically a supergroup of famous musicians, but man, those guys just kill it with their style.

Well, I suppose I mean mainstream in that sense. I don't really listen to that kind of stuff normally—my taste leans toward completely different genres—but it was actually pretty fun to revisit some of those bands I picked up from friends. They’re just great for blowing off some steam. It's similar to how I feel about certain punk bands (though not all of them; for instance, The Clash is much more than that to me, and they always will be). I'd say I'm open to just about any genre, provided it isn't that whole black metal neo-Nazi scene involving those Norwegian hillbillies.
I feel like you can find something worthwhile in almost anything if you look closely enough, and lately, I've found myself listening to some really solid death metal. It just happened to match my mood perfectly today. 😁
