On might be a bit older, but Zawa actually has some life experience under his belt. He knew how to be gentle and attentive with me, and he explicitly stated that he never once said he didn't love me. The real issue is that my diagnosis led me to make quite a few mistakes along the way; perhaps he’ll never truly grasp that when I’m being difficult, it’s actually my way of showing intense devotion. Most men would rather just sleep with you and leave you with a bruise the size of a baseball than actually care about you, yet here we are. Besides, Zawa needs a real partner, not some superficial girl who only shows up because she thinks being "wild" makes her interesting—those types are usually just emotionally unstable. Now he can live his solitary life if he wants, though he’ll probably spend half his time complaining that there isn't anyone around to whip up a home-cooked meal for him.

If only I could squeeze out one more day of doing absolutely nothing. Instead, I’m stuck facing a mountain of dishes, prepping some healthy spring meals, and then heading back to work tomorrow. Honestly, I completely exhausted myself this weekend; after living like a monk for the last three months, maybe I should just start attending Sunday service too. And don't even get me started on this weather—it’s miserable. Can we please just have some actual sunshine and spring weather already?

I’ve managed to accumulate quite enough stress lately to justify this, wouldn't you agree? It feels almost inevitable at this point.

If I tried to shake it off right here, I’d probably end up sliding all over the floor
