I’m trying to get my digestion back on track.
Specifically, I need to fix my gut flora.
My stomach acid just isn't hitting the mark, so I'm hunting for a way to actually digest things properly.

Look, your gut is everything—especially with all the processed junk we eat these days.

I used to have these massive issues every single morning on my commute to work; I could never seem to process food right.

Honestly, a vegan probiotic actually worked wonders for me,
I deal with constant gut issues because of endometriosis and fibromyalgia.

Pick up some kefir grains and make your own at home—it’s even better if you can source local, farm-fresh milk.

Supposedly, the ratio of beneficial bacteria is as high as 100:1 compared to those store-bought probiotics (which are really just yogurt with a few extra cultures tossed in).

I’m trying to stick to a decent diet with apples.
Watermelons too...
Then I grab some light yogurt, maybe an acidophilus kind...

I'm basically attempting a total gut cleanse—trying to actually get my digestion under control—so I squeeze half a lemon into my mouth every single day, no water added.

Watermelons, too, I suppose..

In an attempt to completely flush out my system—or rather, just try to get my digestion under some semblance of control—I squeeze half a lemon into nothing but water every single day..

Your whole diet matters. Like this doctor says, if you actually eat right, you won't even need toilet paper.
