Questions about Ozempic for diabetes?

Ozempic (dulaglutide, a long-acting glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist, or GLP-1 for those who like the technical jargon) is currently being used in clinical practice here in the States.
The whole idea behind this medication was to design something that wouldn't kick you in the teeth with side effects.
From what I've seen so far, it actually seems to be hitting the mark, as most patients are handling it pretty smoothly without much drama.
That said, we all know that any medication can become a bit of a liability if it isn't administered following proper clinical guidelines and best practices.
