Anyone know anything about this medal?

I stumbled upon this fascinating Jewish artifact today. I honestly haven't the slightest clue what its actual purpose is, nor can I make head or tail of the inscription carved into it. Does anyone here have any insight? I’m attaching a photo for reference. Around the edge, it says tetragramma tonah adonay elohim ahe.
Between the star and the circle, there is this string: EL/OH/EL/AM/YO/ELO/HIS/AD/OY/AHA/YEH/OVA/YAH/AHA
Inside the inner circle, you can see Zedaoth or perhaps ZEBAOTH THEOSKA ADOYAHA or maybe aboyaha Almon and right in the center, it reads Chad or CHAB

It might be a better idea to reach out to the Jewish community in the USA.

If you think there's some real antique value or rarity there, it might be worth taking it into the city to have an appraiser at a local shop take a look...
