Ear vacuum cleaning: thoughts?

So, I recently stumbled upon this vacuum thing for cleaning out your ears—it’s called the Wax Vac. I spent way too much time scouring the web looking for some actual doctor reviews or medical experts weighing in on it, but honestly? I can't find a single credible thing... nothing at all.

Does anyone here actually own one? Is this legit or just some total scam??

I had one of those pieces of junk once... total waste of space. Threw it straight in the trash!
