Honestly, I haven't the slightest clue. I suspect he just meant the tires were completely cold.

What I find more interesting is that transcript where Lewis Hamilton says something along the lines of, "Charlie, you know this penalty is far too light."

Though, frankly, he could have just said, "fucking Charlie, fucking fucking Charlie." 🙂

Why didn't they let Lewis Hamilton keep his hand on his head for the rest of the race 🙂, I mean, he was doing just fine!

But honestly, let’s talk about his calls and how the FIA operates for a second...
How is calling Charlie a jerk any worse than straight-up lying to race officials or cooking up fake penalties just to line his own pockets while screwing over Jarno Trulli?

And how is calling him names worse than testing current cars and tires whenever they feel like it, ignoring every single rule in the book?

Or how is it worse than diving headfirst into a direct title contender just to boot them out of a race?

Lewis Hamilton pulled off all three of those moves and didn't face any real consequences—actually, for some people, there weren't even penalties at all, so what does that tell you???

Maybe he’s protected like some kind of untouchable heavyweight champion in every single situation?
Or maybe—just maybe—the FIA has always been criminally inconsistent with their decisions and their punishments...
It feels like their rulings are more a reflection of whoever holds the political power in Formula 1 right now rather than anything based on logic, the rulebook, or basic honesty...

I mean, come on, we're talking about an organization that managed to hand Fernando Alonso the win in Singapore 2008, even though anyone with half a brain can see Nelson Piquet Jr. basically drove into a wall and would have won if things had gone normally, and that he only "won" because the whole thing was rigged in his favor...
and to make it even more insane, the team actually got to keep those points, despite that victory being a total farce orchestrated by the powers that be...

So yeah, we can keep pretending there's actual substance when it comes to the FIA and how they punish people 🤦

Funny how everyone conveniently forgot to mention that Lewis Hamilton's telemetry was basically cobbled together by some guy on his home PC. He just stared at the Live Timing, whipped up his own telemetry, and dumped it online...

I guess since I'm using Live Timing now, I might as well start building my own car telemetry too. 😁
