RAM recommendations?

I've got an all-in-one desktop running this specific RAM



Based on what I'm seeing, it's supposed to be DDR4-2666, but here's the kicker: when I pull up Speccy or even HWinfo, everything claims the memory is only hitting 1066 MHz



Any idea what might be causing that kind of bottleneck?

DDR4-2666 is supposed to be running at that frequency. Where does it actually say it needs to stay at 2133 MHz? 🤷
