I have a few properties out in California that I am looking to offload as quickly as possible.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this?

I’ve been posting listings on just about every site available, and right now I'm trying to determine which agencies have the strongest presence both locally and nationally.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on what kind of buyer you're actually chasing...
Are we talking luxury estates, abandoned lots, farmland, or condos?
