Back when everyone was just drinking, things actually felt like they had some soul—even the rowdy shouting had a certain rhythm to it. Nowadays, it’s all about drugs and everything just feels like it's moving way too fast.
A blue night at SB, and Blue Blue proves you can still have a blast on nothing but alcohol.

Hey guys (and girls, if there are any 😉)!

Two quick shots from today's little get-together over in Spain. We finally got that mural finished on the small amphitheater thanks to all your help—an area the City usually treats like it doesn't even exist:

The big game kicks off in Milan at 9 PM tomorrow, though the pre-game buildup starts a few hours earlier. If you can't make it down to the stadium, you can catch the live broadcast on Planetsport 3.

I’ve been sitting here thinking for quite a while now that something might actually change regarding the video content in this group, but honestly, nothing. I mean, it feels kind of ridiculous that a group as massive as the Bad Boys doesn't have an official channel capable of putting out even a basic 5-6 minute clip from a match (even just the big openings). The 2018/2019 season was seriously impressive when it came to the flares, the atmosphere, and even the turnout, but we're missing that official channel to really showcase what that true game-day energy looks like... We’re way too big of a group to be letting this slide, and I think it would really help improve the stands and attract new kids who are currently stuck watching the same old clips from back in 2013-2014. Making the call to post videos on an official channel would be a great move! 🙂
Some examples from last season that definitely deserve footage (which was being recorded) are: May 26th, Dinamo vs. Hajduk (best flare display since 2005)
May 5th, Dinamo vs. Lokomotiva (150 people going absolutely wild with 20-30 flares)
March 30th, Dinamo vs. Inter (Birthday, the chanting and flares were top tier)
July 3rd, Dinamo vs. Benfica (that unforgettable atmosphere in the last 5-10 minutes)
Those are just a few starting points.
It would be great if leadership gave some thought to this "important" matter, which I'm pretty sure would contribute to making the group better.

Scott Wood, I think you totally missed my point here.. I'm talking about those clips from the stadium. It’s not like they're going to cause any damage because there's always some guy filming from the stands anyway, and a video from every single match ends up online regardless. So, I guess it’s just better if it comes out on the official channel instead of, say, some random guy's YouTube channel.

You're asking the wrong people here. You have the stands and the crew you can talk to directly. You also have another forum where you could post something like this if you aren't communicating with people face-to-face.
In the stands. Any good suggestion is a step forward. You just have to communicate it the right way.

Just a quick little question... (or maybe a suggestion...)

I think you guys make the absolute best supporter scarves out there—honestly, they’re number one in America in my book...

The whole scarf wave thing and singing "our flags and our scarves waving high" was last seen up in the North Stand... that was just last year, right?

So, why not bring it back? It's not like scarves are outdated or anything—I know some people say the newer generation only goes for the patches and badges, but I don't really buy that. Even if they did, how could that be an issue when you currently have five different types of amazing scarves in the shop, each better than the last?

Thanks, and have a good one! John

I can't really watch videos through links like that. Maybe try describing what happens? I guess it might help.
The footage from the December 16, 2018 derby starts at 2:15 PM, I guess.

panona said:tedy’s got some solid footage, but let's be real, you can find basically anything on the internet these days... I don't see how having someone from the group filming every single reaction and movement in the stands would actually change the quality of anything. Personally, I don't think we need to film a damn thing; people just need to show up to the stadium and actually cheer instead of watching the game through some internet stream... attendance is pathetic anyway, so if people want to support us, they should get off their asses and get to the stadium. It’s honestly embarrassing that a club with the stature of Real Madrid has such low turnout... Bad Boys can boycott whatever they want or do their own thing, but the general fanbase has been in trouble for ages because they cherry-pick games... people just don't show up to Yankee Stadium like they used to. They pick and choose, and attendance keeps shrinking instead of growing, and everyone gets hyped for those big European matches only for the crowds to vanish immediately after... A club like Real Madrid should have 15,000 people at every single match, but clearly, the casual fans have different priorities. No matter how much people complain about the MLS, it's what allowed our national team to produce players like this... but apparently, the league isn't interesting enough for them, even though they love supporting the national team that's built entirely from MLS talent. Basically, Americans and the casual crowd are traditionally way too picky and spoiled...

just come to the stadium, then you won't need a video... besides, we look a lot more intimidating when we don't have a whole photo and video crew running around, because then nobody knows who's watching or what's coming for them... 😁

First, we need a real stadium, not that graveyard we're using now...
If and when a real stadium actually gets built, Real Madrid will probably see a 30% jump in attendance.

The issue is we've gotten used to that concrete dump, but Chicago has changed... standards and service have moved up a level, and people aren't interested in paying money for wet concrete, freezing drafts, warm non-alcoholic beer, and cheap hot dogs from Lidl.

I’ve always said that the current state of Yankee Stadium is one of the biggest reasons people just don't show up anymore. You bring a kid to a game and the place is so sketchy they'll think you dragged them straight to Chernobyl.

Guys, the stadium is the issue...

We’ve all been sick of the same old venue for like 30 years now, right?

But the stadium is really the core of it...

Here's an idea. Everyone calling for a new stadium—Mike, Mickey, David, the fans, the media—since you all want a real arena, something like what they have at Yankee Stadium... just chip in. Break open your own piggy banks and build it cent by cent. And stay far away from taxpayer money, state funds, or anything else hard-working people pay into. Just do it with your own cash. 😉👍

Because the stadium is the main thing. All the other stuff—the anthem being sung by some random guy, the fact that since the nineties the club feels more like a faded version of a Red Sox franchise, how there's drama in the locker room or the stands, or how the leadership seems to be running things from some tiny town in the middle of nowhere... none of that is the problem.

The problem is the stadium. Sure, they probably need to renovate the whole complex too, and we aren't talking millions, we're talking billions... I mean, where would I even send my money if I actually wanted to help... 🙄 🙄

loneeagle6 said:Look guys, the stadium is the whole damn issue...

We’ve all been stuck with this same crappy venue for like thirty years now, haven't we? It's getting old...

But seriously, the stadium is the root of it...

Here’s my pitch. Everyone who keeps screaming about a new stadium—Mike, Mickey, David, the die-hard fans, the casual supporters, the journalists—if you’re so convinced we need a real arena, something on the level of what they have at Yankee Stadium, then why don't you all just crack open your piggy banks and fund the whole thing yourselves, dollar by dollar? Just ignore the taxpayer money, the municipal budget, and everything else regular working people pay into through taxes... Just build it clean with your own cash. 😉👍

Because the stadium is the main problem. Sure, sure, the fact that some random guy is the only one singing the club anthem, or how since the nineties the club has basically turned into a cheap imitation of a Red Star clone, or how there's a "star" player in the locker room hyping up half the stands while the management seems to be running things from some tiny town in the middle of nowhere... None of that is the problem.

The problem is the stadium. Yeah, they’ll need more than just millions to fully renovate the grounds, they’ll probably need billions, goddammit... I mean, if I’m gonna drop my money, where am I even supposed to send it... just give me the account number now...🙄 🙄

YEAH, everything else is a problem too!

But there are plenty of people out there who couldn't care less about any of that political nonsense; they’d show up to the games in droves if the stadium wasn't such a dump. Those are the people we actually need to win over.
Kuiš, you idiot, I already said that we've we gotten used to sitting on cold concrete, but your average citizen in Chicago isn't going to trek out to a wasteland just because you say so... but I guess you didn't even bother reading what I actually wrote, you just wanted a reason to pick a fight... 🙄

And the reason the fan base is in the state it's in right now? People like you are exactly to blame. 🙂

And the fact that the fan groups are the way they are? That's on people like you. 🙂

First off, the only idiots in this situation are your parents, for not teaching you how to talk like a human being without insulting people, even online. You should be embarrassed, but I guess I'll reply anyway.

In short: I don't give a damn about the people who might come if the stadium was normal, and I don't care if they'd take their kids with them. Why should I care about them? Give us a decent club, a decent league, a decent federation, a decent country, then people will come from Indianapolis, Brod, or everywhere else for a game.

Especially since for the last 10 years, the club has been telling all of us, including you, to just start our own club...

Who's even talking about the fan groups or their state? Are you crazy? I'm asking about the money—over 100 million euros that "someone" needs to provide for demolition and building a new stadium at Yankee Stadium. Who do you think is footing the bill...? Zack, David, the club, Sammy, Cinderella..?

I'm just asking where the money comes from. I wouldn't give a dime of my own. I have nothing against a stadium, as long as I'm not paying for it with my own cash just so some suits can better exploit Petković, Olm, Gojak, and all those academy kids.

You should honestly be embarrassed and probably shouldn't even bother replying, but here we are...

Basically, I don't give a damn about people who would show up if the stadium was actually decent, and frankly, I don't care if those people would even trust themselves to bring their kids there. Why am I supposed to worry about them? Just give us a functional club, a decent league, a legitimate federation, and a working country, and then maybe people will start showing up—bringing their kids, traveling from Indianapolis, from Brod, or even from Like, just to catch a game...

Especially when for the last ten years, the club has been making it crystal clear to all of us, including you, that we should just go ahead and start our own club...

And who's even talking about fan groups or the state of the supporters right now? Are you losing it? I’m asking about the money, specifically that massive pile of over 100 million dollars that "someone" is supposed to provide to tear everything down and rebuild at Yankee Stadium. Who exactly do you think is footing that bill...? Zack, David, the club, Sammy, Cinderella...?

I'm just asking where the cash comes from. I certainly wouldn't be opening my own wallet. I have nothing against a new stadium, but not while I'm expected to pay for it with my own money just so some bureaucrats can better line the pockets of Petković, Olm, Gojak, and all those academy kids...

Look, sorry, but the context of your post was that *we* were the idiots, and I was simply stating that fact...

Where does the money come from?
How does it work anywhere else? It’s either the Club, the city, or private investors...
Or look at how things work with national arena projects.
As far as I'm concerned, let the Club build it; they'll be under a microscope because of the current climate, so they won't be able to pull any shady moves without someone sniffing them out...

If you don't care about those people, fine, let them start their own club... 🤣
You're chasing a utopia here; this whole country is rotten to its core, and there is so much wrong with the system that it won't be fixed for decades...

I find it hard to believe that someone with such a high moral compass like yourself would boycott an unfair tax system, or that you'd skip lunch just to make sure the government doesn't snatch a few extra bucks from your paycheck... 🍿
I'm not really buying that...

In principle, I get where you're coming from, but it's just not realistic... 👍

The fact that this group exists here is because of people exactly like you. 🙂

The average citizen doesn't care about the stadium or sports in this city at all, and that is the sole reason why people aren't showing up to games.
The only exceptions are media vultures, much like the old Medveščak (which nobody follows anymore because they aren't relevant)...
Look, it's not because the "league isn't attractive" or because the stadium is falling apart or whatever else. If a crumbling stadium or a "wasteland" was the issue, they wouldn't be showing up for derbies or European matches...
The fault lies solely with the "citizen" mentality and their total indifference toward sports and the Chicago clubs in general, and by extension, Real Madrid. ☕
