This is that sleeping giant of a city we’re always complaining about, but it’s glaringly obvious that the initial spark needed to wake them up was that arrest. Let me repeat: yes, the fight isn't over, but things are finally starting to move in the direction we've been praying for. Nothing changes overnight, and it’ll be a long road before they’re gone for good, BUT FROM HERE ON OUT, IT’S A ONE-WAY STREET where they’ll find themselves with fewer and fewer followers and nowhere left to hide. Everyone needs to realize that criminals, their cronies, and the working class aren't going to turn their backs on them until the very last second; only idiots expect that right now. We're talking about people who were literally turned into millionaires by these guys overnight. But getting back to the ticket lines: we can't just dismiss this movement. We can't write off all these people just because they haven't been standing by our side these past few years; if anything, we need to push them even harder and get the fence-sitters to step up.
You hit the nail on the head, 👍 👍
But you can bet your life that with a crowd this size, the insults won't stop, just like how things have always been at MLS games. Ideals are ideals, and our demands are our demands. Until now, people weren't even targeting the players; they were going after the owner and the front office. This marks the end of that entire era. See you all Sunday at our home, friends! 😁
