It seems like the moderators actually enjoy watching us alternative thinkers get harassed. Let's be honest, most people find the topics here pretty trivial anyway.

If those trolls aren't purged from the Alternative section, and if we don't see some changes in the current moderation team, then all these complaints are essentially shouting into the void.

Adding a third moderator would likely just create more friction with the two currently in charge. We need to realize that the Alternative board should be a space for like-minded individuals. If someone wants to argue official dogmas, they can head over to the physics, natural science, or politics sections. Consequently, the Alternative board needs moderators who actually align with its spirit—not people who clearly don't belong here. It’s certainly not "alternative" when Ryan Gomez is pushing his agenda, nor is it helpful when people like Carol Lopez23 ruin things for those genuinely seeking alternative perspectives. Trolls have effectively poisoned almost every thread through sheer harassment. I'm referring primarily to the names mentioned earlier, though other trolls jump in constantly to derail discussions meant for like-minded folks—all with the blessing of BOTH current Alternative moderators!

By that logic, I’d love to share my "unnatural" opinions (according to them) over in the natural science section too!
I think Zachary Mendoza2 just lost his mind because I brought up aura in the PZ section.

If you can talk against everything the Alternative section stands for and claim official dogma is the only truth right here, then "alternative" views should be allowed in the natural science section as well. Otherwise, it's nothing but blatant discrimination.

Super-mods, if you don't fix this, don't go thinking you're doing a great job. In reality, you are 👎

No, honestly, I’m just letting you know straight up that I really don't care if people like you call me stupid, twisted, or whatever else. I guess it actually says way more about you guys, anyway... I mean, your actual contribution to this conversation is basically zero when you spend so much energy focusing on me and how I talk. What, should I go hit up Google to educate myself or something?

Carol Lopez23 said:To put it bluntly, this is the quintessential essence of these "alternative groups." One might just call it organized trolling.

Elizabeth Jackson—there is simply no point in us dissecting these posts all over again. It is obvious to you that we will remain at an impasse, and that every response to a response will merely perpetuate the exact same arguments already presented. I have no desire to repeat myself, as I have already laid out my position clearly.

It’s pretty obvious you're just a mouthpiece for the trolls who somehow managed to land a moderator gig.

Hey, super-mod, what's the hold-up on that poll about stripping Carol Lopez23 of their moderator status?
What are we waiting for? A ton of people have already said they can't even stand stepping foot in the raw food thread because of the farm of trolls being fed there under Carol Lopez23's watchful eye.

What if we flipped the script and handed a list over to the District Attorney? We could just list everyone here who keeps dropping "advice," "ideas," and "personal experiences" regarding topics that, when you step back and look at them all together, basically amount to the crime of practicing medicine without a license.
Don't believe me? It's a crime! How about "endangering health, life, and property"? That’s a felony too. And no, it isn't impossible to prove. Some people in this thread are out here throwing around total nonsense without a single shred of evidence—and honestly, even the lurkers who don't post are reading this stuff. But they ARE reading it.
So, when someone actually goes and applies what they "read" (whether out of desperation, curiosity, or whatever else) to themselves or others, and things go south health-wise, what then? When there's a digital paper trail showing some "alternative genius" gave that advice right here on this forum, are you really going to try hiding behind a username and claiming you're just using "alternative thinking"? Trust me, there isn't a judge in the country who's going to bail you out of that one.

Maybe after a few formal complaints, we can finally start strictly enforcing the general rules of this forum.

Look, folks, you're adults. You own your words and you stand by what you post. Let's dial down the wild spirits a bit, and specifically, let's stop falling for the junk on those "alternative websites" that claim you can eat literal garbage just because it has "fiber" or because it's "genetically close to the owner." 😵

And what would you say to the BAT kolo crowd? You'd probably just say that they were actually protecting you from the "New World Order," the "police state," and the "institutions" where half of these posters probably should have been sent a long time ago if what they write were true. If you're unhappy because you can't just live in total anarchy and spout nonsense (like "water screaming in agony inside radiator pipes," for example), well, that's on you.
Democracy isn't anarchy. In a democracy, you take responsibility for what you put out into the world. Look, alternative ideas and viewpoints are fine, but they need to be backed by actual evidence. Saying "I believe," "I think," "rumor has it," or "some experts say" or "on certain websites" aren't objective ways to prove anything. It's just spamming the same incorrect views or bad interpretations over and over. If there's proof for something, post it, and we're good. It's argument against argument.
If we do that, there won't be any more issues with people attacking the moderators.

Go ahead, feel free to report me to the District Attorney: When they toss your report out (which they will), I'll file a private lawsuit and sue for massive damages. I could use the money for a local animal shelter.

Oh, and I should probably mention, I guess, that I actually ended up getting more heat from Carol Lopez23 over on Alternative than I ever did from Ryan Gomez4. If we're really going to talk about what counts as being tolerated or whatever...

I don't get why you have to take everything so personally. What you linked isn't even malpractice or anything harmful, really.

What an attack on bat kolo. I guess people are just bitter because they think he’s being paid by dark forces to work against them, even though they aren't getting any money for it. There were claims like that before. 🤣

Anyway, I’ve probably been on this Alternative site for about 8 years now—reading, writing, studying—and if my memory serves me right, for much of that time (maybe all of it), bat kolo did a pretty good job. But this sudden hit piece on him wasn't unexpected at all. 😁

The reason is simple: the crowd writing there, this whole "alternative thinking" group, they believe their claims, facts, and evidence are the absolute truth. Anyone else who asks questions, shows doubt, or presents evidence suggesting things aren't as stated is treated like a troll trying to obstruct the ONE TRUE TRUTH! Then, in their version of a debate, the moderators apparently fail at their jobs, which supposedly means anyone thinking differently gets carded or banned. I suppose that would satisfy them—to have the chance to just steamroll everything and force whatever they want down people's throats as "truth," using nothing but crackpot websites to back themselves up.

I’m an open-minded person toward everything, really I am. I’ve even changed my mind on certain things, like Chemtrails, because some theories were presented well and backed by decent evidence and facts. But that’s barely 1% of what they try to shove down our throats as the one and only truth from sites claiming to be the sole source of reality because they aren't "poisoned" by corporations owned by shadowy elites. 😁
🤣 Looking at how the arguments started in the previous thread compared to now, the only thing constantly changing is the claims and "proof" from these chemtrail theorists. They went from saying politicians lie and deceive to making claims about how Putin and Trump are involved with chemtrails, and suddenly, that becomes the truth.

A lot of people on Alternative have actually changed, especially these chemtrail theorists, but maybe some secret agencies silenced them and whisked them away to secret locations because they simply knew too much. 🤣

bat kolo, you always have my support! #GoBigOrGoHome

Why such a huge reaction??? 🤔 You weren't even personally called out, and you didn't say anything wrong in the post you shared. If anything, you actually showed an alternative way of eating that worked wonders for you!
Now, if you had written, "this kind of diet cures (for example) HIV," and then added, "I have five testimonials proving it works, and if you follow this diet, you'll be cured. By the way, you can buy my cookbook via DM"—well, *that* would be practicing medicine without a license and a whole lot of other trouble.
But honestly, that's exactly what some people here do all the time—offering things with zero proof, zero results, and nothing but third-hand anecdotes. That's what this was about. It's an Alternative lifestyle, sure, but it's not charlatanism. And I stand by that!

bat kolo is being paid off by fake agents—Khazar Ashkenazim—with the goal of introducing the New World Order to the forum... 😉 🤣

I don't spend a massive amount of time on the Alternative forum, but whenever I do write, I have nothing but praise for the moderation... 👍

So go ahead, keep searching, stay skeptical, question and re-question everything... but why on earth is it such a massive problem for some of you to actually share the results of those studies with others? Instead, your whole argument just boils down to "we believe this," or "just try it for seven days and you'll see," or my personal favorite line from skeptics who reject actual science—"go educate yourself on Google."

Just deal with your own huge cognitive dissonance regarding eating meat and stop ruining the thread. ☕

Come on now, you might as well just call me stupid directly. 😁

It isn't a problem at all. I already posted about my own experience curing my anemia through raw food on the other thread. 🤷 So, this isn't about blind faith; it's about lived experience. Theory without practice is like a wheel without an axle!

Everyone views this through their own lens. Since you haven't experienced it firsthand, you feel like you have the luxury of deciding whether to believe us or not, and you assume the rest of us are just operating on faith too. But we aren't. We know. Because we actually did it.

Given how hard they're trying to stay stuck in their ways—despite having zero knowledge or interest in alternative methods, and being openly hostile toward them—it wouldn't surprise me if certain shady interests are pulling the strings behind the scenes. ☕

Message to the supermoderators: If you're going to keep BAT kolo around, at least make the new third moderator someone from the alternative community. Basically, the complete opposite of him: someone with actual knowledge, genuine interest, and someone who actually supports what we do. 👍

Thanks for understanding

Look, don't get mad at me, but anemia is one thing and leukemia is something else entirely. And please, don't lecture me on my own experience, because you—just like most people—are ignoring what I already said: most of my diet is unprocessed. I mean, how are you even supposed to "process" or heat up salads and seeds? For anemia, I'm sure you wouldn't blame meat, right?

And regarding the rest of the "complaint," it seems like Carol Lopez23's expertise is what's bothering everyone. Isn't it actually in your interest to have someone provide a correction when you're heading down the wrong path?

But how do you actually know it was specifically raw food that did the trick?

Take my own example—a gallstone (1cm) that just vanished. If I were more inclined toward modern medicine, I might subjectively claim the cause was long-term use of Ursofalk*. If I leaned toward Alternative options, I’d look for the cause in Ayurvedic medicine I picked up while traveling through India, or maybe some lifestyle changes—in both cases, dietary shifts...

In reality, it might have just been luck and I'll never know (maybe it would have disappeared regardless, or maybe there's some fifth factor I'm totally missing...). I’d just be looking for a way to confirm my own biases. That’s why scientific studies exist; anecdotal "evidence" can't compete because it lacks controlled conditions and large enough statistical samples processed with proper methodology. There are simply too many variables and subjective interpretations to make such bold claims with certainty.

Given how hard they try to stay stuck in their ways, despite having zero knowledge or interest in Alternative medicine—and being an outright opponent of it, no less—it wouldn't surprise me if certain shady entities are playing a role in all of this. ☕

That's about it 🤣

* A true believer in Alternative paths would probably give Ursofalk a better shot if it were in its older, unisolated/non-synthetic form, like the bear bile used in TCM 😬 Or if at least a legitimate TCM supplement company had formulated the isolate and put something like LaoTzea on the bottle 😳
Because Big Pharma isn't quite sophisticated enough to poison us to death using bear bile trapped in micro-cages that even a six-year-old couldn't get out of 😳

.... bat, let me digress....

I was dealing with a massive iron deficiency—honestly, I can't even remember what those units are called. Someone please refresh my memory, Carol Lopez23! 👍For me, it was usually around a 2, but if I recall correctly, the range for women goes anywhere from 8 to 30. Honestly, what would have happened if that number just kept dropping? Would I even still be alive?
Just to be clear, I was totally blacking out at the time. If nobody had caught me, I could've easily cracked my skull on the pavement or wandered straight into traffic. And honestly? That feeling right before you lose consciousness is terrifying. I had absolutely no clue what was happening to me—I genuinely thought I was dying.

Maybe because it’s the only lasting (and I mean *lasting*) change I made to my lifestyle back then? I mean, what else could have caused such an improvement besides what I was eating?

Okay, so you had a medical issue, which happens all the time.

So what's the actual problem here, if you're eating the same things we are?

Well, I don't eat exactly like you guys, though I do eat some of the same stuff. And about that anemia thing mentioned above:

Meat has nothing to do with it; I wasn't eating any back then, and I still don't.

Maybe that was the issue. I guess you replaced it with something else now, but maybe if you had been eating properly from the start, you wouldn't have had those struggles.

That stuff about his profession is just rumors, but, looking at how he moderates, it's pretty easy to see they might be true.

I just really hope you all realize that tightening up the moderation on the Alternative side is going to make it impossible to voice so many of the claims you're all making so easily right now, usually while tossing a snarky comment toward conventional medicine and natural science.

Exactly. Cutting out meat was the culprit, and since I swapped it for tons of fresh fruit and veggies, all my problems vanished! 👍 🙏:

placidhawk21 As if I haven't heard this before! It’s like we're listening to the same broken record on loop.
Look, we really need to wrap our heads around the fact that Alternative is meant to be a sanctuary for people who actually think alike—a space for those of us on the same wavelength. If someone is looking for those rigid, official, "by-the-book" discussions, they can go ahead and head over to physics, natural science, or political science departments. This is our corner.

Look, let me be crystal clear about this: none of these PDF threads are meant exclusively for people who think exactly like everyone else. We aren't running some kind of echo chamber here, and you won't find anyone being banned from any part of this forum just because their views don't fit into some imaginary spectrum of "acceptable" opinions. That's just not how we operate. However, you do have to keep in mind that every single PDF has its own specific vibe and topic, and some of them come with their own little set of internal guidelines that help shape the flow and boundaries of the discussion. It’s all about keeping the conversation productive within those specific spaces.

Sophia Ramos5 As if I didn't hear that already! It’s like we’re all just going in circles sometimes, isn't it? You say one thing, and it feels like everyone is just repeating the same old tired lines without actually stopping to think about what they mean. I've been sitting here thinking about this exact point, and honestly, it's a bit exhausting trying to keep up with the constant back-and-forth when we aren't even on the same page.
Hey there, supermoderator! Just checking in—any word on when that poll regarding removing Carol Lopez23 as a moderator is actually going to go live?

Look, there aren't going to be any polls about moving people around or appointing new moderators. That’s strictly an administrative decision, and that isn't changing anytime soon. However, that doesn't mean you guys have to stay quiet! Please, feel free to speak your mind—whether you want to vent, share a suggestion, or just give us your honest opinion on how things are running. I'm all ears.

So what’s the actual issue then, if you're eating the exact same stuff we are?

It’s not even about that. I wasn't eating it back then, and I'm definitely not eating it now.

There’s a lot of chatter floating around about his expertise, but honestly, seeing how he handles moderation, it wouldn't surprise me if the rumors are actually true.

Maybe because it’s the only lasting (and I mean *lasting*) change I made to my lifestyle back then? I mean, what else could have caused such an improvement besides what I was eating?

I'm not saying it isn't, but it isn't enough to prove anything.

We're talking about one single person and their own subjective interpretation (just because we personally notice a certain factor doesn't mean it's actually the cause; things slip past us all. To exaggerate, maybe we blame "global warming" when it's something else entirely. History is littered with these kinds of false associations and intuitive, yet incorrect, conclusions).

Now, if you had two identical versions of yourself in parallel universes where every other variable remained constant except for that one change—and then you multiplied that by fifty for a more relevant sample size—then you’d have something (in the absence of parallel universes, we'd have to settle for maximizing our knowledge of inputs and outputs along with large sample sizes to statistically observe trends..).

Even if we determined the answer lies in food, we still face the problem of figuring out exactly what about that diet caused the effect. Was it because it was raw food, or was it something changed during that transition? Could I have achieved the same result just by adjusting my cooked meals? In other words, isn't it possible that food quality matters, but the issue isn't simply the (oversimplified) split between raw vs. cooked?

To go back to my own example: I ended up with a gallstone after about ten years on a vegetarian diet. Was the vegetarianism to blame? No. It was most likely a combination of genetic predispositions, the specific way I ate (I wasn't exactly careful, lots of fats, etc.), and a lack of physical activity at one point before the problem surfaced.

But again, that's just a hypothesis, since those are factors proven to increase the probability of such issues. However, it's entirely possible that those predispositions were the dominant factor and the problem would have happened even if everything else went perfectly. You can never know for sure with these isolated individual cases, and you certainly shouldn't try to make approximate links (like to a vegetarian diet, for instance) just to promote some oversimplified "cure-all" recipe (like saying "start eating meat and you won't get this, right?").

You might notice I used the word "maybe." I mean, I don't really know, but I guess you don't either—so, hey, great job getting that situation under control, really, it is—but I just have to say it again: anemia is one thing, but claiming to cure leukemia and other serious diseases... well, that's a bit different, I suppose.

"You just can't grasp the conversation because you're too intellectually stunted." That’s basically the standard line from the moderator's little pets—but honestly, it doesn't bother me. If anything, these self-proclaimed geniuses provide great entertainment, and they actually help unbiased readers see the full picture, since they're so incredibly obvious and transparent—about as subtle as a neon sign.🐔
It’s almost laughable how completely unaware they are of their own absurdity.🤣
Just let them be; let them keep doing what they've always done. They're quite the entertaining bunch.☕
