From what I can tell, we aren't looking at any rain for the race today. Just a few scattered clouds here and there, and it won't be overly hot. Still, we should probably keep an eye on those melting glaciers just in case.
I'm hoping for a clean race with maybe one or two Safety Cars. But hey, if things get messy, that's just part of the game.

It would be quite a move if they just erased the grid up to 30th place and reset everything at 29. Wouldn't that be something?🀣

I’m hoping for a clean race with maybe one or two safety cars. If luck hits someone, it hits them.

You just want things to go your way like they did for Valtteri Bottas, don't you? We all know how you operate. β˜•

Fernando Alonso has a shot at the podiumπŸ‘‹
With no rain in the forecast, Ferrari arrives as a legitimate contender for the podium... The Mercedes drivers will likely lose their grip after about ten laps, and if we see a Sebastian Vettel spin on the final lap, Fernando Alonso might just find himself in the winner's circle.

Kimi is way too far back
Mark Webber’s crew is gonna gift him another crappy start
Nico Rosberg is just gonna burn through his tires
Valtteri Bottas is gonna be too slow to fight for the top spots
Lewis Hamilton is definitely going to shred those tires
Honestly, he’s already shown time and again that he just can't pull off a win at the Circuit of the Americas when he's got a dominant car on pole

So yeah... the winner is pretty much a foregone conclusion here...

But honestly, you know as well as I do that his only real shot is if everything falls perfectly into place.
Personally, I’d be perfectly happy just seeing him walk away with a single point. I don't think I'm asking for much!

Now, if the folks over at Williams were actually half as clever as they pretend to be, they could easily cook up a little arrangement with Pastor Maldonado. Nobody would even blink an eye if he happened to cause a bit of chaos to trigger a Safety Car.

You’re forgetting he’s got Jean-Γ‰ric Vergne breathing down his neck and Mark Webber right in front of him... plus, there's only one seat left at Red Bull to fight for.😬😈🀣

Since there's no rain, Ferrari looks like a serious contender for the podium... the Mercedes drivers are going to pit (their tires will be shot after 10 laps), and we might even see Vettel spin on the final lap. That could just hand the win to Alonso.

Ferrari actually has the race pace to win... and it's not just today, they've shown that in other races too.
But what does that matter if he constantly has to start from 5th on the grid?

Paul Di Resta is getting pretty tiresome with all that whining about his team; he's constantly pointing the finger at them.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did exactly 🀣

So, what’s the actual deal with the contract between Ferrari and Felipe Massa?

Valtteri Bottas would be a pretty solid way to shake things up around here, I guess.

Anyway, if things go according to plan, it looks like everything is just falling right into place for Red Bull today.

At least they're the perfect crew for Kimi😁 if nothing else, they know how to have a good laugh at everything. πŸ‘

God knows who's actually going to show up.πŸ™‚
But honestly, having races this late in the day just gets on my nerves.πŸ™‚

Does anyone have an update on the weather conditions with exactly 114 minutes left until the start of the race?

It’s definitely not raining 94 minutes before the green flag drops.

Yo, op. We’ve got some serious issues with the wheel gun on the left side of the RB.

The clouds are rolling back in again, and it looks like the temperature is about to drop... just my luck.
If this weather holds up, Sebastian Vettel could easily throw away a potential win just by making a mistake or getting caught up in a collision at the start.
In these damp conditions, Ferrari's race pace is barely edging out McLaren's.

If things keep going this way, Sebastian Vettel could totally blow his chance at a win just by making one stupid mistake or getting tangled up right at the start.

Or he'll just screw it all up in the pits. :chiri-buchi-ribi:
