Blood work results: help me make sense of these?

Please don't take this the wrong way because I’m definitely not trying to sound slow, but could someone clarify what a blood panel actually entails? Is it just the basic process where you show up, they draw some blood, and then you just wait to pick up the results later? Or does the term "analysis" imply something more complex than that? If anyone actually knows how this works, please let me know 🙂
