Survey: Myth or Reality? What do we actually know about people with disabilities?

Could you spare less than 10 minutes to help us out with a quick study? It’s totally anonymous and completely voluntary, but honestly, your input is huge for us. Your honest takes will help us hit our main goal: taking another step toward making sure everyone in our community gets a fair shot at life, regardless of their abilities.
This research is being run by the University of Washington. Our mission is to figure out just how much those old myths, stereotypes, and biases against people with disabilities are still hanging around in society today. We want to use what we learn to build better educational and info programs designed to help integrate people with disabilities fully into the fabric of our society.
