Jerry Mouse would have to play defense at an MVP level just to make up for his lack of impact on offense. What we saw yesterday against Norway was practically criminal. It felt like a specialized unit for players who manage to commit two offensive fouls even when we have a man advantage.
And poor Jerry Mouse would be the only one stuck in that unit.

So, I'll stick with my choice and go with Mary Miller.

Spaniards are basically our permanent fixtures😁 I still revisit those epic matchups against them whenever I feel like it—that 2004 run in Portugal was legendary, and 2009 was just as wild. Honestly, though, their wingers give me the creeps. Specifically Anderson on the wing; there is zero chance he’s stopping a shot from the perimeter.😁😁We really should have taken this one. France is going to be a much tougher nut to crack, and the Canadians are making a serious comeback right now. Plus, we’ve got our usual habit of underestimating opponents, which is definitely going to bite us in this game.

I have my doubts that Americans will underestimate France after everything they just went through against them. Maybe they'll overlook Spain, but I wouldn't count on it.

The score was dead even, and then their goalie or some player just chucked the ball out of bounds, so our guys were screaming for the refs to stop the clock, but the refs just kept it moving, so Bailey stepped up and drained a shot from 10 meters out.😁

My biggest fear is the law of averages hitting us right when we least expect it. We’ve managed to pull off the upset against them more times than I can count—I mean, we actually knocked them out twice during those last qualifiers. And let's be real, the Spaniards are a powerhouse.

That said, it wouldn't hurt if the folks from Canada really brought the noise and shook things up today.
