Cat hair everywhere!

My cat's 11 years old, and I'm wondering if all that fur she sheds builds up inside us... does it actually just pass through the digestive tract?

If someone actually ends up with a buildup, is there any actual medical way to clear it out these days?

My mom was telling me about some guy who died because he ate too many rolls, but that’s probably a freak occurrence and hospitals today likely have protocols in place if something goes wrong. Anyway, nothing's happened so far and we love our cat... I wouldn't hand her over to someone who couldn't afford her properly.

Exactly. My mom did the same thing, and wouldn't you know it, the cat ended up curling up right in her lap.

I’ve lived with three cats for years now. Between breathing them in and swallowing hair, based on these horror stories, I should probably be six feet under by now.
