I'm thinking it would be under Members > my Account > know Your customer . Nothing is popping up for me since I sent my scans ages ago, but it feels like it should be tucked away under KYC 🤷

You could just ask them via chat. Under Contact US you've got Live chat.

Jose Peterson7 said:Is this actually legit? People say Pinnacle doesn't have any real competition when you compare them to the standard US sportsbooks. Fewer sports, less fancy prop betting, but the limits are massive.

Authorization: Doesn't exist—above every single market, it tells you exactly how much you can put down every minute!!! So if the limit is 7,000 Dollars on the Premier League, you can drop another 7,000 Dollars every single minute!

Account bans: Never heard of it happening. They actually brag about taking in "sharks" (those high-rolling US pros dropping 100,000 Dollars per match). Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't say there are fewer sports, but yeah, the prop markets are pretty limited, and the limits are just what they are.

There’s no such thing as authorization issues, but limits definitely exist, and they show up right above every "column." The limit per hit is a different story—when you hover over a specific box, it shows up, unless the full limit (the one mentioned above) isn't wide open, in which case nothing shows up at all.

Bans are a thing, but usually only for specific leagues or sports. If you've been cleaning them out on, say, Hockey, Division I, you might find your max bet capped at 1 Dollar. For everything else, you'll still have a "normal" limit, though I've noticed those limits fluctuate slightly from user to user (again, only applies to certain leagues and sports).

Robert Foster86 said:Hey there. So I managed to score some cash over at Bet365, but now when I try to hit the withdraw button, it tells me they need to give me a call. Does anyone actually know how this works? Like, do I need to be fluent in English or what? Or is it just some automated bot thing?

Basically, you gotta have smooth English—speaking and writing—and then they grill you with three general knowledge questions about the USA, two sports questions, and one random "wild card" question. Depending on how many you nail, you get a certain percentage of your funds. If you tank it, you've gotta wait 7 days before you can try again.

Does anyone happen to have a "step-by-step" guide for registering on Moneybookers? I am a bit worried that I might make a mistake somewhere.

Google knows. 😉

As others have already pointed out in this PDF—just make sure the currency on your MB account matches the currency at your online sportsbook. If they don't align, you'll get hit with those pesky conversion fees.

So, they finally approved my account after three whole days. I actually had to bug them on live chat twice just to get the green light. Is it just me, or am I stuck in some weird loop where I keep getting assigned the exact same woman on support every single time?

Anyway, when I go to withdraw, there aren't any options to choose from—it just forces me straight into a bank wire transfer. I checked the help section and it says card withdrawals should be totally fine here in the States. What gives?

I registered on Moneybookers, and I just received the account verification email. I guess... how does one go about adding a Visa Electron card from a Chase foreign currency account after that?
Thank you.

I guess... is it normal when this red error message pops up? Maybe I should check.

What does that actually mean? I guess.
To finish verifying your payment card, I guess you should look at your bank statement to find the specific charge. Please enter that exact amount into the "verify credit/debit card" section within your account profile. Once the transaction is confirmed, maybe the amount will be credited to your Skrill (Moneybookers) account and your card will be ready for deposits. I suppose you will not be able to use your payment card with Skrill (Moneybookers) until that transaction amount is confirmed.

"Is this red message normal??"??"

What does this actually mean?!
To complete the payment card verification, please check your card statement for the exact amount debited from your card and enter it into the "verify credit/debit card" section of your account profile! Once the transaction amount is confirmed, the amount debited from your card will be credited to your Skrill (Moneybookers) account and your payment card will be verified for deposits. You will not be able to use your payment card with Skrill (Moneybookers) until the transaction amount is confirmed.

You gotta type in the exact amount they took from your card to verify it and get it activated...

So, I suppose I'll need to ask Chase tomorrow how much was actually debited from my foreign currency account. Or maybe that's something I can just check online...

If you have online banking, you're good. I could do it on Zabiti easily enough.

Since you guys are all hitting up online sportsbooks, you probably already realize how much of a killer those high vigs can be. If you actually want to make some real money by playing the markets or betting, keeping those commissions low is everything. Lately, everyone’s been obsessed with trading currencies, which is basically just betting on exchange rates. It’s all handled online nowadays. That whole scene is known as Forex. The spreads and fees there are lightyears lower than anything else out there. Honestly, just take a look at how it works—it might actually help you level up your whole gambling game. 🙂

I guess I'm wondering which of these two amounts I should enter into Moneybookers?

I tried using 1.27, but it says it's incorrect... now I suppose I have to wait 24 hours.

I think I know what went wrong.
I selected Visa as the card type, but I think it should have been Visa ELECTORN.
Does anyone happen to know how to change that, or perhaps how one might contact customer service?
Thank you.

Does anyone know how to fix this or who I should call for customer support?
Thanks

Nah, that's not it. It's the amount.
They tend to swap the numbers on you—one minute it's 1.27, then a few hours later it's 1.21 or whatever. Basically, you have to wait 24 hours to request a new check, and then you just sit there for days. After my third attempt, I ended up waiting a full week before I could finally enter the right amount.

I picked the standard Visa option when it actually needs to be Visa Electron
Does anyone know how to switch that, or maybe which customer service line I should call?
Thanks

I used my Visa Electron too. I ended up calling JP Morgan Chase customer service just to get them to tell me the exact dollar amount they pulled, since I wasn't sure about the exchange rate. They gave me the number, I typed it in, and boom—done.
Just give them a call and ask. Should be sorted in five minutes.

I managed to get that done today. The amount I had to enter was $1.37. 🙂
Now I suppose I have to figure out how to send more funds to that Chase account.

Now I just need to figure out how to send more cash to that MB account.

It’s pretty straightforward. You just move some money over to your Visa, hit "Upload funds," and pick the credit card option—just watch out, they hit you with a 1.9% fee. Then you just enter the dollar amount you want to load and you're done.

I haven't tried doing a bank transfer yet. There aren't any fees that way, but apparently, it takes about 3 to 5 business days to clear.

I haven't personally tried using a bank transfer. I guess there aren't any fees, but it looks like it takes about 3 to 5 days to clear.

I've actually tried the way you described three different times now. I have 11 dollars on my Visa... and it keeps saying it can't process it... and that I have to wait 24 hours before trying again... I'm not really sure what's going on... I guess I'm getting a little frustrated with this MB edit 🤷

Edit: Does anyone happen to know what this User ID is? Why is it showing up in red? I don't quite understand what this means Your user ID - MUST BE PROVIDED!

I just managed to transfer about $20 over to Pinnacle Sports... it isn't the usual setup where you just click on a specific odd, so I guess I am wondering how the betting slip actually works there.
thanks

I wonder if anyone could tell me how much extra they're being charged on their account if, say, I transfer $20 via Moneybookers over to Pinnacle?
I guess I was charged about $2.75 in fees myself.
