Hey there,

I was wondering if anyone could point me toward a decent digital scale priced under $500, or maybe even up to $200 bio
. I’d really appreciate the help.

So, I came across the Tanita BC-400. Does anyone here actually have experience with this specific model? According to the manual, it claims
the precision is +/- 400g for weights up to 40kg, but once you're in the 40 to 150kg range, the accuracy shifts to
+/- 1%.

I mean, is that actually the industry standard for scales in the $167 price bracket, or am I missing something? It feels... I don't know, maybe a bit off to me,
especially since the display shows weight increments as small as 100g. It just seems inconsistent, I guess.

Hey,

Does anyone know where I can pick up a digital scale in New York City? Ideally somewhere near Grand Central Terminal.

Sorry if this was already posted, I might have missed it.

If you’re really sweating the accuracy thing, you might want to check what that 1-2% margin actually applies to... because it could just be 1-2% of the scale's total capacity. So, we're talking maybe 1.5kg out of a 40-150kg range, which isn't exactly a huge deal...

Greetings. I am currently weighing the decision to purchase a diagnostic scale, and I find myself seeking your collective expertise. Prices fluctuate wildly, and naturally, quality follows suit. For instance, is it even possible to find a scale in the $400-$$167 range that provides (relatively) accurate body fat percentage readings? I was looking at something similar to this
I assume this one might be among the superior options on the market though its price tag certainly reflects that ambition... I would appreciate any insights you can offer. Thank you.
