Maxillofacial surgery: experiences/questions?

I really need some advice here.

I’m 25, and after surgery to remove a brain tumor, I’ve been left with severe facial paralysis.

Current treatments aren't doing much, and doctors are starting to suggest various surgeries... but I’m feeling lost. Who can I actually talk to—someone who will truly listen and give me an honest, expert opinion?
They're mentioning things like nerve grafting from the tongue, but honestly, I don't even know where to start.

Look, you aren't going to get any real answers unless you talk to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon... So, my advice? Go see as many of them as you can.
