fadedwalker18 said:It can't be that straightforward. You're telling me Štetner takes the money, keeps his 51%, and Jergović doesn't involve his lawyers or anything? He knows how business works—he isn't some kid in preschool, after all.

There's clearly something else going on here, we just haven't pinned it down yet... 🤔
All we have left is pure speculation. It’s a shame for Mladen Jergović and his F1 legacy (regardless of what anyone thinks of it). Meanwhile, I.B. is probably out somewhere celebrating... 🎉🐔 still convinced he was right about M. J. 🤦

Hold on, you actually think Štetner is the kind of guy who plays by the contract? 🤔
He definitely doesn't look like that type to me. Regardless of a mountain of paperwork or fancy lawyers, I wouldn't touch a business deal with him for anything...

Because having a contract and lawyers telling me I'm 100% right
doesn't mean much if I have to spend years chasing Štetner through the courts after everything goes south...

Though honestly, I'm not sure I'd want to get into any business deals with Jerg either...
That sounds like a massive headache waiting to happen....

What makes you think Jerga actually knows how to handle business? 🤷
Based on what I've seen in the media, I'd go much further and say he has no clue—and I mean really, really no clue...

I honestly doubt Jergović doesn't know how to handle business—he’s certainly no fool; he managed to descend from the mountains after spending 35 years up there...

I don't know what kind of guy Stetner is, but what else is there to hold onto if not a contract or an agreement? Especially for such a young and ambitious American entrepreneur (and please excuse my sarcasm there—let's just assume he is what I'm implying).

But let's look at this situation from a different angle... they (M.J. & D.Š.) announce their renewed partnership in August, introducing the American (and wider) public to what this is all about, just enough for us to get the picture. The announcement said they were starting in September. They start. M.J. posts, writes, and comments... then October rolls around and M.J. mysteriously vanishes!?

Let's set aside (for now) those interviews with the Mercedes drivers (even though that’s a massive point)...
Let's try to view this objectively from D.Š.'s perspective:

You team up again with a major American Formula 1 figure, and after everything you've been through together, he ditches you after just one month of PARTNERSHIP... (AGAIN). So, hold on a second, what do you think of Stetner? Who is he, really? 🤔

Just how much ego, ruthlessness, nerve, rudeness, arrogance, and conceit does it take to hit rock bottom—and still manage to screw over M.J. so badly? And to do it right in front of the entire American public?

It’s clear that D.Š. doesn't care about Formula 1, given this kind of behavior. He should be banned from the sport. For life.

It looks like the big boss thought he snagged a 51% stake when he actually only bought 49%. Once Štetner started going wild with that cash—hitting up races and doing all those interviews—Jergović apparently got a little jealous and started pushing back. So, Štetner just kicked him to the curb since he still holds that 51% majority...

Let’s strip away the noise and look at this simply:

M. J. is being willfully ignorant or just plain misguided. Did really nobody besides D. Š. and his legal team actually check the paperwork to see if it was 51%?

Or did they just meet up like two guys at a local diner over burgers and sodas, shake hands on a deal, and then broadcast it to the world without double-checking the fine print?

P.S. The mystery surrounding their business relationship is only getting deeper, especially considering their past ventures and how they split up... all while chasing the next big payday.
P.S. I. B. is somewhere out there, flying solo... khm... raising a glass to it all.

It’s not exactly rocket science...

From what I gather, Mladen spent years working abroad, mostly as an employee rather than the one signing the checks...
Because of that, Mladen expects signed contracts to actually mean something and assumes he'll get exactly what's promised on paper...
I wouldn't call him stupid, just totally oblivious to how things work around here. He’s pretty naive when it comes to doing business in our neck of the woods...

Then you’ve got our local boss, Štetner, who—much like a huge chunk of the newcomers lately—probably only cares about how much fun he can have with someone else's money. Contracts and paying people? Not really his priority...

It’s possible this is exactly what's happening with D.Š., but that kind of luck and satisfaction can't last forever. Eventually, someone is going to see right through him before he even gets a chance to spend the money... and then...... 🍿

Are you guys actually serious right now? Like, for real?

If you just check the public business registry—which is free and open to anyone, obviously—it’s crystal clear that Davorin Štetner is the sole owner of Kreator Grupa.

Mladen Jergović only owns some random FELIX DODO D.O.O. entity that's bleeding money and didn't even bother filing its 2015 financial statements.

It's all out there for everyone to see on

the official government registry site.

Basically, if he owns some random portal, he can do whatever he wants—including wiping your ass.

As long as he isn't a co-owner or part of the Kreator Grupa, he doesn't actually have any real say in things there.

Honestly, I have zero clue what Mlađo actually ended up owning. I highly doubt you'll find any clues about it in that link either...
That kind of data usually doesn't pop up until about a year later—like, they're still digging through last year's stuff.

Besides, it really depends on which Kreator you're talking about. 😁
There's more than a few of them...

Kreator Media LLC - in bankruptcy
kreator sport d.o.o.
kreator sport d.o.o.
Kreator Grupa
i.t.d.

Lik has ten different companies. 😁Honestly, half of them were either wiped out or went bankrupt anyway...
I don't really feel like wading through all of this, but from what I can see, it’s mostly just a choice between losing money or making some tiny, pathetic profit.

Who knows? Maybe Mlađo is actually up for it. $1.75 Just bought a 49% stake in some LLC's equity. 🤣

By the way, on the famous GP1 site, they list "Kreator Grupa" as the publisher, but I checked the registry and a company like that doesn't even exist...
Who actually owns GP1? It doesn't even say. And God knows, who exactly is this "Štetner's 10" company supposed to be? If it isn't them, then what, is there some mysterious eleventh firm hiding in the shadows? 😁

Oh my god. You really latched onto the most basic, bottom-of-the-barrel post in this entire thread.

I just found out there's some association of American angels led by Davorin Štetner—and apparently nobody wants to discuss that recent, totally bizarre discovery

...instead they're all busy dissecting Hamilton's "humor." 🙄🙄🙄

Who cares about Stetner? He's a corporate hack. The real issue is that Stetner asked Hamilton those idiotic questions and then actually bragged about some American karting team. Honestly, wtf. It clearly rubbed Jergović the wrong way, and frankly, it would have been much better if Jerg had been the one asking the questions.

Right after that interview, Jerg disappears from the portal entirely.

It's a good thing the clown didn't ask Hamilton for money, because he could probably squeeze quite a bit out of him for an American karting team.🤣.

Even Rosberg didn't fare much better in that conversation. What did we actually learn about those two from those moronic interviews? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Angel's business description is quite something. The list is far too long. 🤣 The man is capable of anything—anything at all. That's just the kind of guy he is. Even actual angels would be embarrassed by him.

Aha

So you think it’s a bad idea to ask Hsmilton to donate a few bucks to American karting.

What's exactly wrong with that?

Did we just annoy your little pet or something?

What matters more to you (as an American)? American karting or Hamilton?

Unbelievable.

Not surprising—considering this whole thread is about Jerg. Who even is this guy? A photographer? Some random dude? A journalist?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking Hamilton for money, nor is there anything wrong with talking to him about it. The issue is that he turns these things into absolute nonsense during interviews. Look closely—he didn't actually ask Hamilton anything. He was just bragging to Hamilton about it. It wasn't even a question; it was just plain old boasting, and of course, he didn't miss the chance to brag to Rosberg either.

An interview is meant for asking questions. Instead, he just looked foolish. Like, "Hey, I own an American karting team and I help out American drivers break through," wtf? Who exactly is he helping? I worked in American motorsports and dealt with plenty of those types of characters.

How exactly did he help people like Kordic and the others? Their parents helped them. Steiner just uses them for personal promotion and maybe throws them a few scraps. Come on, ruggedhawk20, please!

But as far as I know, Štetner DOESN'T have his own karting team. He had one until 2013, but since then—as far as I can tell—that team is long gone.

So, if he was asking Hamilton for money, he was probably looking to "help" American karting in general.

He might as well have asked him for taxi fare to the airport while he was at it. Mario is absolutely right; it’s an utter embarrassment when, during an interview with the top drivers in global motorsport, he spends his time rambling about his own (non-existent?) karting projects. If he had been interviewing Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, I imagine he would have made sure to mention his sponsorship of NK Špičkovina.
