How do I get rid of acne?

So I'm 15, and every single morning I wake up with crusty eyes. I manage to get them off somehow, but honestly, it's driving me insane just dealing with it every day... plus, my eyelids are starting to look super red and irritated 😢...Does anyone actually know how to clear this stuff out without the pain? Or better yet, how do I stop my eyes from getting all red? I’d really appreciate some help here...😁

Hey, have you tried using warm water while you wash your face instead of just dry-scrubbing it?! 😲 That's the only thing that comes to mind. 😁
