ZZ Top is heading back to Madison Square Garden

After five years, those Texas legends are finally set to reunite with their American fans at the same iconic spot—Madison Square Garden in Washington, D.C.

To celebrate four decades of legendary hard rock and blues, ZZ Top is hitting the road for their "Hard Rock Live" anniversary tour, and according to the band's official site, they’ll be landing in Washington, D.C. on October 16th.

With just over a month to go before the show, I'm expecting the local promoters to drop all the ticket details and logistics very soon.

I'm finally going to see them! Thank God they didn't skip us like they did everyone else.

I caught them out in Prague back in May. They weren't even on the US tour schedule then, so I made the trip just to make sure I didn't miss out. I honestly thought the international leg was wrapped up—wasn't it supposed to be about 10 shows?
Can't believe they're finally hitting our neck of the woods. If God wills it, I'm going again. 🙂
That show in Prague? Even though they only played for about ninety minutes, it was absolutely killer. It’s wild how just three instruments—guitar, bass, and drums—can sound that incredible live!

Man, I wish! But honestly, it all really boils down to how much those tickets are gonna set me back...😢 Uh, so, how much cool stuff is actually 🙂

I am 100% down for ZZ Top. Assuming this whole thing doesn't fall apart, of course—nothing is set in stone yet since we’re still waiting on the ticket prices and who is actually running the show. The concert is only a month and a half away and there hasn't been a single bit of promotion.
Hopefully everything goes smoothly and we get those bearded legends back in Washington, D.C. again.

hm, it’s kinda weird since nobody’s actually posting about it, but I’m one hundred percent sure about what I saw when I was at the game—back when I was watching the Washington, D.C. handball match with Chamberya, we spotted this poster down in the pub right under the stands advertising the 10-month anniversary for ZZ Top!! I honestly thought maybe I’d just had one too many drinks because it felt so strange that they wouldn't have posted it anywhere else or made an official announcement... but I know I wasn't tripping, I saw it with my own eyes! So, whatever, if it's true, let's just take the win and run with it!!! ; )

Honestly, if you weren't there, I highly recommend catching them. They've been at this for 40 years now—who knows if they'll ever tour the States again? Let's be real, they're rock legends. And who even knows which bands still have their original lineup after four decades? (Except maybe Pink Floyd, but they're a whole different beast). 🙏
Not sure about you guys, but I grew up watching their videos back in the 80s. Safe to say I've loved them since I was a kid.
