A quick note to the admins and mods

Hello everyone!
I want to extend my thanks to everyone who took the time to read my threads and engage in the discussions.
It looks like I’m officially signing off from this forum. I also want to give a quick shout-out to the site staff for keeping things interesting with their little jokes and point deductions😉. Cheers to them too!
My family and I are moving out of the States to a remote island nation in Africa for at least the next decade. There won't be any computers, laptops, or TVs available there😲 (honestly, looking forward to a break from all the radiation and screen time😁), so there’s really no point in keeping this account active. If I ever decide to move back to the US, I’ll definitely be returning under a completely different handle and persona.

With that said, I am asking the admins and moderators to please delete my account so the space can be cleared for the next user. Thank you for doing that.

I don't want to turn this into some long-winded farewell speech, so I'll just say goodbye one last time. MAYBE (and I mean maybe, no promises👍) our paths will cross again in a few decades.

But, jokes aside, user accounts aren't deleted upon request. You can direct your insults toward us all you want, and you'll certainly face a ban—but your account will remain active.

Look, I posted my response over there not because I actually believe it, but just so I could get away from this mess.

It should be common sense that if someone wants their account deleted, they should be able to do it.
Is my data just going to sit here indefinitely until I decide to come back or what???

I mean, you’re basically left with no choice but to hire some neighborhood hustlers—you know, those guys who spend all day managing messenger accounts—to come in and clean up this whole site. Just grab them some snacks, maybe some Reese's Pieces or a bunch of Mountain Dew, and you should be good to go. Once that's sorted, you can head out without a care in the world to go hunting for lizards or whatever else is out there in Africa. Just try not to pick up anything nasty while you're at it.
