Alright, let me start before the haters come for me... I know there might be a thread about this already, but everyone’s got an opinion so I figured I’d just ask what you guys think haha

So, I was browsing some fitness forums lately... and stumbled upon this Muscle Gainer—claims 85% protein with a BV of 135. It comes in a 500g bag— $35.

I'm guessing the price is pretty much right around there... I haven't actually used it myself, but some veteran lifter was vouching for it, so... seems legit 😁 I'm not totally sure yet since I'm just getting started... but... does anyone have a better recommendation or is this stuff alright?

I've finally overhauled my diet, hit the gym, and now it's time to get on the protein wave, so any advice on brands would be huge...

Thanks in advance
🙂

Hey, I actually think you could have asked in this specific thread here.

Honestly, mass gainers are such a total rip-off.
Just grab some whey protein and mix it with glucose instead.
