Masa honestly had me cracking up...

Kimija, I didn't see how those losers were sending them out, what a waste.

DID YOU ACTUALLY WATCH ALL THAT OR DID YOU JUST FIND IT SOMEWHERE?🙄

I finally did it—I really dug deep. I first started watching Formula 1 back around 1994 when I was only about ten years old, and since then, it’s just been a constant cycle of Googling stuff, hanging out on forums, and scrolling through YouTube to see how the true legends used to drive. I've spent so much time studying the greats like Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna, Nelson Piquet, Nigel Mansell, Niki Lauda, Emerson Fittipaldi, and Gilles Villeneuve. Honestly, I guess I’ve just developed this massive obsession with the whole history of the sport.

I also caught a retrospective on the 70s seasons over on ESPN Classic recently, so I’ve been diving back into those archives myself.

FAIR ENOUGH. AT LEAST YOU COULD HAVE CAUGHT A FEW OF SENNA'S RACES. I WAS ALREADY ASSUMING YOU HAD SEEN EVERYTHING, BUT THEN IT HIT ME... JUST HOW OLD ARE THESE GUYS ANYWAY?🤷

Douglas Rodriguez9 said:Alright, look. You could have easily caught a few races with Ayrton Senna. Honestly, I just assumed you’d seen all of that already, but now I'm starting to realize... man, how old are these guys anyway?🤷

Man, I really started getting into Formula 1 right around that tragic San Marino GP when Ayrton Senna passed away, so I didn't actually catch much of his era... at most, I think I caught Nigel Mansell's last win. I've dipped in and out here and there using old replays of races from earlier seasons—though I definitely couldn't have followed them live back then, given my age. I can clearly remember 1994, but anything before that is a bit of a blur for me. Back then, though, you had names like Alain Prost, Nelson Piquet, and Riccardo Patrese running around in cars like the Brabham-Ford or the Lotus.

Roger Williams3, I believe using all capital letters isn't actually permitted here. It might be a good idea to tone them down a bit.😉

🙏🙏🙏🙏 Really good beer 😬 and it would make for a great ad 👍 you've got a big plus from me 😁

Man, you totally blanked on Lella Lombardi back during that Spanish GP in the early 80s when the race got cut short and she finished 6th, grabbing 0.5 points herself, and honestly, she's still the only woman to ever score points—well, specifically a half-point.☕☕☕😳😳😉

I certainly hope you aren't referring to American Budweiser—honestly, that stuff isn't even fit to wash a toilet bowl with...🤮

Czech... man, that stuff is pure nectar. 🙂

Actually, I think you might be thinking of that one from 1975. Here’s the Wikipedia link if you want to check out the details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1975_Spanish_Grand_Prix

So, looking at the scoring for that specific race, the points went to:
5 Jochen Mass (McLaren-Ford)
3 Jacky Ickx (Lotus-Ford)
2 Carlos Reutemann (Brabham-Ford)
1.5 Jean-Pierre Jarier (Shadow-Ford)
1 Vittorio Brambilla (March-Ford)
0.5 Lella Lombardi (March-Ford)

If you're curious, here is some more info on Lella Lombardi: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lella_Lombardi

Maybe we could strike up a business deal with Budweiser, then we'd at least have some stock on hand.😬

Czech... yeah, now we're talking. That's the nectar. 🙂

Of course I mean the Czech Republic 🙂 what else would you think? You act like I don't know 😲 where 😱

But whatever. The main thing is this should be great advertising. Instead of sending us vouchers for digital TV receivers, I wish the local networks would just ship a case of quality beer with an F1 logo on it straight to our houses. 😬

But honestly, who cares? The main thing is we get some decent advertising out of this. Instead of sending us those useless digital antenna vouchers, I want CNN to send a case of Budweiser with the Formula 1 logo on it straight to my doorstep. 😬

Can we get candy too? 🙂

Brian Collins25 said:Which race were you even watching where Lewis Hamilton finished 5th?
Besides, whatever he managed to pull off was just thanks to a few lucky breaks and a weird string of circumstances—he was practically invisible for most of the race.

And as for Vettel, the guy is an absolute alien—but look, the season has only just kicked off, and we'll see what happens eventually. Unless, of course, Red Bull runs into trouble because their car setup is so fundamentally different from everyone else's.🤷

But honestly, what can you even expect from them?
They've lost both Ross Brawn and Jean Todt, and the whole team dynamic is basically falling apart. Kimi couldn't care less—more than usual, anyway—and while Felipe Massa is giving it his all, it’s pretty much impossible to perform when you don't have real leadership at the helm.

Lewis Hamilton is only the best driver within McLaren... for now.☕

LOL... Vettel is such a reckless kid. I really wonder what becomes of him once he finally grows out of this phase and those hormones settle down... my prediction? A career about on par with Ralph Schumacher.👎

That "invisible" Hamilton actually pulled off some solid overtakes and held his ground with a few great defensive moves—he ended up 5th, but since the race was red-flagged, he had actually moved up into that position during the penultimate lap right before the stoppage. So, I genuinely have to ask: which race were you actually watching?🤷
