Morgan Murphy7 said:It’s honestly better if it stays sunny because when it rains over there, it doesn't just drizzle—it's a total washout.

They'd have to cancel the whole race for that to happen, 🤷

Oh, come on, they aren't going to call it off. Besides, everything gets way more interesting when the rain starts falling, right?😬
I'm actually really curious to see who would end up coming out on top if the weather turns sideways like that.🤔

I was just sitting here thinking about something a bit ridiculous

What would happen if a driver simply decided to ignore a black flag and refused to pull off the track?

Is there some kind of Formula 1 police force that would intercept them, or would officials actually set up physical barricades right on the circuit to stop them?

That’s the scenario that’s been playing on my mind lately☕

That’s what’s bugging me right now.

☕

In that case, they'd just send Takumi Sato out in a Brawn GP car with 500 HP of KERS, and he’d definitely catapult him right off the track😬 because collateral damage along the way isn't part of the plan.🤣

I love those early morning races around 7 or 8 AM—wake up, grab a coffee, and watch the race... 🙏🙏🙏 But this? I don't even know what to do with myself until 11 PM without losing my mind from the suspense... 😬

Same here...🙏

I’ve practically started biting my toenails out of sheer boredom...

These tires feel incredibly worn out and slick to me

It’s honestly frustrating dealing with slicks that have zero tread left 🤷

So, why isn't Niki Lauda doing the Formula 1 commentary on ESPN F1 anymore?🤔Did they just shove Ralf in there to take his spot?😲

☕

Lately I've been wondering if there's any actual chance we see Mazda or Subaru show up in Formula 1. They'd definitely be my favorites...😬

You’re much better off watching what happens when the rain starts pouring down in Kuala Lumpur.😁

Subaru isn't going to happen, that's for sure.

As far as high-level motorsports go, I'd say Mazda is more in the same league as Volkswagen.😁

🙂
what's there to be scared of? honestly, we all know what Alonso can do when the track gets wet... just think back to Canada in '06...😍🙏

let it absolutely pour. the ones who actually know how to handle the chaos—those are the ones who'll come out on top.☕

Let it pour if it wants to. At the end of the day, the drivers who can truly handle the chaos are the ones who come out on top.☕

But that was back in 2006😁

And we all know how poorly that turned out.😍

and when it comes to performance, Mazda is right up there with Volkswagen... 😁

Fine, if they don't have a shot, then Mitsubishi would just absolutely smoke everyone else in line 🙂

..honestly, I really don't want rain right now because then the Ferrari fans might actually get lucky, and they can't get any worse than this ☕

Morgan Murphy7 said:man, that was way back in 2006 😁

and it ended up being a total disaster 😍

I fixed my mistake—why are you already trying to lecture me?🙂

Look, I don't care why he pulled out, the guy showed everyone exactly how fast he could drive☕

honestly, if it doesn't rain, you're gonna be the first one pointing fingers at me if Alonso finishes below 5th or 6th🙂 😍

Honestly, I don't care that he pulled out; he showed us exactly what he's capable of behind the wheel.☕

If it stays dry, you’re going to be the first one pointing fingers at me if Alonso ends up finishing outside the top five or six.🙂 😍

Fair enough.
🙏

Anyway, let's see what Jergovic has to say about all this.😁

Pole Sitter Jenson Button - who has never driven his Brawn car in the rain - tells a grid-walking Martin Brundle that a shower is forecast for precisely 5pm local time - that's bang on start time, folks.
