Maybe he just can't get a decent recording of the bađunsko area🤣

Man... If they actually had the kind of advantage Mercedes-Benz had back in 2016, maybe the championship would actually be interesting. Maybe they wouldn't even blow it...
It’s just pathetic. These drivers grind all weekend long—every single practice session, qualifying, then the actual race—only to walk away with second and fourth. Just awful.😵

I think Fernando Alonso made a driving error; he lost control and had to correct his line, which just sent him straight into the wall... It happened almost exactly when they were telling him over the radio that Sergio Perez had crashed—meaning a yellow flag was coming followed by a red flag—and then he’s reporting that he’s wrecked too 🕺

He did exactly what he was told. Ocon just fell short and couldn't keep pressure on the stylist. He pulled away afterward, and everything went according to plan—except his teammate couldn't pull his weight when it mattered most.

Vettel and his engineer's radio chat 🤣

Engineer: Seb, you need to pull over, there's a red flag...
Seb: Confused, why should I stop? I just passed the spot!
Engineer: Man, the track is blocked at Turn 8, an Alpine hit the wall.
Seb: It wasn't Turn 8, it was Turn 6. And it wasn't Alonso, it was an Alpine hitting the wall.
Engineer: Wait, what? It's Turn 8, and it wasn't Alonso, it was Perez...
Seb: Look, it's definitely Turn 6 and it's definitely Alonso. I just drove right past him...
And then he pulls up right behind Sainz and Perez 😁

Is it possible that the greatest of all time actually finished ahead of his own teammate this time around, or was he trailing behind him once again?

Nah, George would probably just complain that the Monaco broadcast is always terrible because some local crew is running it instead of his usual guys.

It’s absolutely ridiculous. How can a driver just intentionally mess up a race and drop three seconds per lap without facing any consequences or even being overtaken? Seriously...

Charles Leclerc had nearly a 9-second cushion over Sergio Perez before the latter decided to pit for strategy reasons.
Just two laps later, after that strategic pit stop, he emerged trailing by 5 seconds.
I guess the team was so focused on trying to cover Perez with Carlos Sainz that when he brushed them off by refusing to pit, they simply didn't have the capacity or the timing to bring Charles in immediately—it had to wait until the next lap.

The funniest part, though, was hearing Charles on the radio as he exited the pits: "It will be tight with Perez"—but Perez had already cleared him long ago, sitting 5 seconds ahead.

Honestly, the strategists, their simulations, all those calculations... it just felt like a complete mess of amateurs.🙏🙏

Big news on the latest broadcast from ABC: it looks like Perez is grabbing the pole position while Max settles for fourth🤷 😵

Crystal clear. Esteban Ocon drove a solid race, but he just couldn't find a way past Lewis Hamilton. Meanwhile, Fernando Alonso played his part perfectly.

What kind of question is that? Of course he was behind. Was anyone really expecting anything else? 🤷

Charles Leclerc absolutely crushed qualifying. It’s such a shame they had to cut it short; he was on pace for a lap that likely would have been even faster than his current lead.

Max Verstappen is fast, sure, but this season, Charles Leclerc is just on another level with this car. Right now, Max simply can't match him.
I think it comes down to the fact that Leclerc has really dialed in his driving style to suit this chassis. It just clicks for him.
Meanwhile, Carlos Sainz is struggling to find that same rhythm. The word around the paddock is that Ferrari has built a car with great aero and power that offers solid drivability, provided you can nail the exit from the corners.
That’s where Leclerc shines. He’s been phenomenal all season—from his ability to get great traction out of the turns to his precision on both the brakes and the throttle.

George just stays quiet and puts his head down to drive. He is an absolutely terrifying talent.

If only that car had just a little bit more pace...

The dominance of those thoroughbreds just keeps going. Nobody expected anything less here at the Monaco Grand Prix, but looking at the season as a whole, things are heading in a great direction. It’s a massive surprise from Ferrari, if not a total shock...
People kept saying Red Bull Racing would make strides and catch up quickly because their development pace was supposedly superior, but so far, it's been the exact opposite. They teased some upgrades for the Spanish Grand Prix, yet Ferrari is the one pulling away.
The sheer speed of that car is terrifying. I've noticed Charles Leclerc is already consistently putting together very conservative first laps in Q3, and even then, it’s usually enough for pole. There's still plenty of room left for him to push harder in the second sector if he actually needs to.

I honestly don't know what could go wrong tomorrow. If it stays dry, it'll be a smooth cruise to the finish line. Given Leclerc's history at this track, the anxiety is justified, but this should be a routine drive—almost like a practice session—without needing to overextend. Max Verstappen is miles ahead; this can't be thrown away tomorrow.

Leclerc was carrying way too much fuel yesterday...
You could really see it when he messed up his weigh-in. When he missed the scale and those Ferrari mechanics had to push him back, you’d naturally expect them to just shove him straight into the garage to top off the tank. Instead, they swapped his tires and sent him right back out!

Basically, he had enough extra fuel during that first lap to cover at least three more laps (the out-lap, the flyer, and the in-lap), which is a massive amount of reserve to be lugging around...

Exactly. It’s such a shame because he's finally starting to show just how much talent he actually has compared to the "GOAT."
