Alright, so I’ve got this massive pile of stuff sitting here—everything from ligament support supplements to those various powders and pills you take to build muscle and hit the gym.
Basically, my question is about expiration dates. When I say millet, I’m talking about stuff that’s maybe four to six months past its prime. Is it still good? Is it totally ruined? I don't really get how it can go bad when it's just processed into powder or pressed into tablets, but does anyone actually know? It would be pretty sketchy if someone was taking these things thinking they're helping, only to end up making themselves sick or something.
