Look, I’ve got nothing but respect for the die-hard fans, but honestly? I still think they need to put in a whole lot more work if they ever want to catch up to us, even if they have been playing pretty damn well this season.

There are roughly 150 folks in the cup itself. However, if you factor in the veteran Navy supporters who typically don't crowd the stands and tend to be a bit more reserved with their cheering, the total number is significantly higher.

Honestly, I feel like the Navy's visual setup is looking pretty rough right now. If you want to use the local fan slang, they’re basically just "tacking random rags onto the fence." I guess they really ought to put a bit more effort into the aesthetics and work on that.

Come on, don't talk nonsense. The banners and the pole flags are actually top-tier—it's everything else that went totally south. Don't forget that the Navy was doing small banners and pole flags long before Torac or BBB ever thought of it—though, I suppose, that doesn't exactly excuse how messy things look today.

In my opinion, there needs to be a bit of chaos in the stands—even when it comes to the trans banners—rather than everyone being so perfectly polished... that feels artificial to me.
The only thing that actually needs attention visually is the choreo.

Look, I never actually said everything had to be aesthetically flawless, and honestly, I’m probably not even well-versed enough to know if any local Navy groups were making moves before the Torac or BBB eras. Not that the historical context really matters much to me, I suppose. My point was just that I’m not a fan of the protest signs—the design, the quality, all of it. I mean, for heaven's sake, it isn't exactly rocket science to whip up a decent banner these days; if nothing else, you could just grab the board members by the collar and make them pay for it 😉. When it comes to the stands, you really need to get some creative minds involved, because let's face it, not everyone has an eye for this kind of stuff.

And honestly, I’m not even deep enough into the scene to know if the Navy was actually doing anything significant before the Torac and BBB eras. Not that the historical context really matters to me anyway. My point was just that the banners look cheap—the design is lazy and the quality is garbage. I mean, for crying out loud, it’s not like making a decent banner is rocket science in this day and age. If they can't get it right, they should just grab the board of directors by the wallet and force them to pay up. 😉Look, if we're actually going to make this forum worth anyone's time, we need to bring in some creative minds. Not everyone can just grind away at the same repetitive tasks all day.
🤣🙏🤣

Look, everyone in the Navy feels pretty bad that you've got such a negative take on these two heavy hitters in the photo, especially since they were only just released.😢 😁 🤣

Right, because you people are clearly the ultimate authorities on banner design.🙄
Just some 4c, two eagles, and "Russians and Mexicans."🙄
The hyenas have a few decent ones, but everything else is awful—nowhere near the level of BBB or Torac. Honestly, your entire scene is lacking when it comes to banners. But since that isn't exactly a major benchmark, there's no reason to get upset at my comment; it's just my personal take on things.

Man, you should probably keep your mouth shut. Your own setup looks terrible—those massive 60-foot tarps and banners scattered all over the place? Please... worry about your own backyard first.

😕idiots?

Joshua Lopez13 said:Look, I never claimed everything needs to be aesthetically flawless, nor am I claiming to know enough about whether the Navy was active here prior to Torac or BBB. Honestly, that historical context doesn't interest me. My point was simply that I don't care for the banners, nor their quality. Seriously, it’s not exactly difficult to produce a decent banner these days, unless you're just letting the board take you for a ride 😉. For the stands, it's vital to involve creative people; not everyone can handle the design work.
That bolded part nearly brought a tear to my eye...😁
What is wrong with you? Just tell us how you consult with designers on the banners, since not everyone can fight, so what is this? What kind of logic is this? Of course, forget (forgive my language) a group like that—their actions, their cheering, their numbers—just because their banners aren't to your liking or if the colors don't match perfectly...
Why don't you write down for us exactly how many banners we need, what dimensions they should be based on different subgroups, neighborhoods, cities, or the main group? Or how many different colors can be used on one banner?
People are overthinking the look of the stands; if this is really about "occupying" the space, then I would be asking questions from their perspective.

They already swapped him out for Torac the second time around; looks like they're getting paranoid about some avatar...😁

What do you guys think of this shot?

Yeah, they think it’s a joke because the North Stand looks just like the one at SoFi Stadium.
The choreography is basically a carbon copy of what we saw during the rivalry game...
And honestly, looking at that Navy barricade—that setup with the heavy-duty tarp over the Rijekas looks incredible!

My point is that people focus far too much on how the stands look, when there are much more important things at stake... A group of fifty people can put together a beautiful choreo and wave flags and display images, and the comments will be great, but it's all just for show 😉

Other things matter more... even a group of 50 people can put together a decent choreo or some flags and post photos to get great comments, but at the end of the day, it’s just an image. 😉
Take a company in Mexico, for instance. In just a few years, they swapped out all their banners for these cartoonish, flawless designs. Personally, I couldn't care less.
To me, the history of the banners is what matters, not the aesthetics.
For example, a couple of our own banners have been remade recently, but they were made to look identical to the originals from years ago.
It's about tradition and history, not following some fleeting fashion trend...

For me, the history of the bus is what matters, not how pretty it looks.
A few of our local buses have been rebuilt recently, but they were made to look exactly like the originals.
It's about tradition and heritage, not chasing trends.
signature 👍
That’s the part the younger generation doesn't quite grasp. They don't understand that a bus—forgive my language—isn't worth much if, after a few years on the road, it doesn't have those dents from the torches, the grease stains, or the spilled soda and stories of everywhere it's been. It's funny to me when people criticize an old bus, claiming it doesn't "fit" anymore or suggesting we should build smaller, sleeker models based on today's templates. The irony is that the very people making those comments probably haven't even stepped foot on one during a real rush hour.

Thanks for the link. 😉
The protesters are fine, but I think there are far too many of those light blue flags everywhere. They aren't bad per se, but to me, the idea of making every single flag identical feels a bit mindless...
