But seriously... Itโs just constant bragging about whose dad was a firefighter versus whose dad was an astronaut... Then they get into this massive blowout where one guy claims he's basically Italian and the other starts arguing about being from Monterey... Who's actually losing it here?! ๐

The rhythm of the song feels fine to meโis it just me, though? I feel like I've heard it before, but I can't say for certain.

Look, the rhythm and melody are totally oursโjust pulled out of thin air. It's possible there's some random track out there that sounds similar, and maybe the songwriter just had it stuck in their head subconsciously, though I doubt it... But let's be real, this definitely isn't some intentional rip-off of some band you find on YouTube. A few people here thought the melody sounded familiar, but nobody has actually found anything overseas that matches it exactly...

That whole choreography mocking the Kansas City Chiefs was pretty top-tier, honestly... looked even better from a distance than it does in this photo. From a purely competitive standpoint, we should feel honored to have grinded our way up to facing a club that clearly requires this much effort ๐
The cheering was solid enough.
I don't really get the "clashes." We didn't face a single stone or any actual attempt at confrontation despite all the mutual "respect," just a few random attacks on civilians from the West Stand or whatever they call that section over at Santa Monica.

Regarding my response to those last two posts...
If youโre talking about that commotion over by the visitor stands near your sectionโhonestly, we haven't a clue what went down there... even as of yesterday, we were completely in the dark. So, I certainly don't grasp the logic behind these so-called "tactics"... ๐คฃ
And just so you know, theyโre building an indoor athletic facility above the west stands.

People were complaining about issues even outside the stadium, you sitting up there in the main stands... but honestly, it doesn't even matter...

Look, how much do I really know? All I can say is that the crowd reacted after those constant provocations and the absolute verbal abuse coming from your ๐คท

From what Iโve gathered, things only boiled over because our little group of sponsors and loyalists kept pushing buttons and acting provocatively. Honestly, itโs a damn shame they didn't get exactly what they were looking for.
The fan section yesterday was impressive, in my opinionโeverything from the visual setup of the stands and the choreographed displays down to the '60s vibe. Truly impressive work...

I wasn't talking about those stands, and honestly, who gives a damn about them anyway. Let them come to our section next time and scream for ninety minutes straight while we just sit back, relax, and talk trash about everyone else. I couldn't care less about people like that. Sure, there was some car revving going on outside, but thatโs hardly worth getting into an argument over, it doesn't really matter...
The cops make the rules. Maybe we're still actually at the stadium and this whole thing is just one big hallucination ๐

Yesterday was such an awesome game! Both sides brought a massive crowd, us and the Gaddafi supporters. From what I heard, things got a little rowdy over in the bleachersโapparently, a few loose cannons from out of town showed up with about 40 people looking to start some trouble with the local Oakland fans, and they ended up getting shut down pretty quick after that...

It is about time the fleet started showing some backbone in these so-called minor matchups. Based on the photos, the presentation looked decent enough; one can only hope the energy from the stands actually matched the aesthetic. :klap:

Quite the spectacle for such a "small" game... though honestly, the whole conceptโall that hand-drawn imagery of team logos and prison bars... we've seen it all before. I'll give them credit for the effort, I really will, but if only they could have convinced a few more people to actually show up in the stands...
And man, look at that away crowd. Surprisingly solid turnout for them.

I mean, sure, the whole conceptโripping off crests, the jail cell bars, all that stuffโwe've seen it a million times before. Credit where credit is due though, they put in the work. If only a few more folks had actually shown up to the stands...
And honestly, the turnout for the away fans? Not bad at all. Kinda surprised me how many showed up.
Look, I'm with you on the motive and the idea being nothing new. The whole ripping through bars and emblems bit? Seen it. But that part where they flip the banners? I haven't seen that specific move yet...
As for the crowd size... hey, it wasn't half bad.
