Cut the crap. It’s more like 1300-1400 max, especially since it feels like none of those graphics cards even have decent cooling.

R7 250 Sapphire 1 GB GDDR5 Warranty? If there's about a year or maybe 1.5 years left, that would be $150

DVD-RW $17
Logitech K120 keyboard and M100 mouse $33

Break it down item by item. If we assume the case is roughly $23, then based on crimsonstag84's estimate, that comes out to $533. Honestly, this motherboard is actually quite decent (for an LGA 775 socket), and I wouldn't let it go for less than $50. You could definitely get $500 for it on eBay, at the VERY least.

Whether it can happen and whether it actually will are two different stories.
This stuff is five or six generations old. I highly doubt anyone's dropping that kind of cash on it.😁

True, but it can still handle some light gaming. The R7 250 isn't bad, and you can easily overclock the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 on this board, so there's definitely more life left in this setup. For 1500 - $533 it's a solid build for web browsing, multimedia, and the occasional game. 😉

Oh yeah, which power supply model did you settle on, and which card are you actually going with? The R9 280 x or just the R9 280?
For the R9 280 x: 5200-$1767
For the R9 280: $1667

I'll give it a shot and let you know how it goes (so we can see if those estimates actually hold up).

I'd set the starting price at $1,600 and then drop it to $500 if necessary; I honestly think it'll sell.

Hello,
I am looking to sell this entire build, including all components as originally assembled. There was a 36-month warranty on the parts, and 12 months have elapsed since the initial purchase. I didn't buy this as a pre-built system; I sourced the individual components myself from whitehouse.gov. I would appreciate an evaluation of the parts and a realistic asking price for the lot. The prices noted in red reflect my original costs. Everything functions perfectly and is in good condition; I am only selling because I switched to a laptop.
- Processor: Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz/1155 Ivy - $472
- Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX650 Ti 1GB OC - $350
- Memory: DDR3 8GB Kings 1600 HX - $211
- Hard Drive: Toshiba 1TB SATA 3 32MB - $169
- Motherboard: MSI B75MA-E33, s1155 - $157
- Power Supply: Corsair 430W CX 80+ - $124
- DVD Drive: Samsung SH-224DB SATA - $50
- Case: Coolermaster N400 midi USB 3.0 - $159
- Total: $1691
Thanks.

$1167 If they actually pull it off, they'll be lucky. Honestly, I don't see them getting anything more than that.

Here’s another one I dug up, probably about 6 years old now:
Dell Technologies EP35-DS3 x.x
Intel Core i7 clocked at 2.67 GHz
4 GB DDR2 memory (Max frequency: 400 MHz; Max bandwidth: PC2-6400)
ATI Radeon HD 4650
SAMSUNGHD502IJ Hard Drive, 465.76 GB SATA II
ST380815AS Hard Drive, 74.53 GB SATA II
Also, does anyone know the best place to sell this? I'm based in New York City. Maybe eBay or Craigslist?
thanks
