Best cough syrup for congestion?

I assume this question has already been asked a million times—but I’m sitting here with a 102-degree fever and I honestly can't deal with searching through 🙂... I tried Apitusik before and it was absolutely revolting. So, does anyone actually have a decent recommendation? 🙏

Icelandic moss isn't a magic cure, and you don't need a recipe👍 What are you taking to bring that fever down?

I actually think it tastes alright—it has this slight honey and herbal vibe to it. Honestly, you should just grab some Lekadol instead; it won't wreck your stomach the way Andol does. Just take it every two hours until your fever breaks.
For the cough, though, nothing beats sage tea poured over some caramelized sugar. It hits me hard, but man, it clears my lungs out completely.👍

Plantain is incredibly effective for soothing a cough. You can find plantain syrup in most local pharmacies if you want something quick. Personally, I just head out to the backyard to gather some fresh plantain and brew my own tea. I usually mix in some thyme and sage, too. It’s an unbeatable combination for tackling colds or the flu...🙂
