Oh honey, unfortunately, it’s just the truth—I'm only 19 right now and I definitely couldn't handle having a baby at this stage in my life... and honestly, I'm hoping this method will help me avoid pregnancy altogether, though I'm not experiencing any symptoms yet!

So, have you actually seen a doctor yet?

Look, sweetie, you aren't going to "induce a miscarriage" that way; all you're doing is delaying seeing a doctor until you hit a point where an abortion isn't even an option anymore. And when you eventually do carry that child to term, you're looking at massive health risks—we're talking serious developmental issues or even terminal complications.

It’s painfully obvious you're too young for this, because only someone incredibly immature, uneducated, and reckless would think this is a viable plan. You clearly have zero grasp of how contraception works, let alone how the human body functions, or even how to perform a simple Google search to educate yourself. Do you honestly think gynecologists spend their days scraping uterine linings just so people can try to self-abort with pills? Do you think they'd tell everyone, "Hey, just take some pills at home first, then come back if you need another pack"? It's insane. I am genuinely fascinated by how you landed on the idea that a single pack is somehow sufficient.🙄 You really are a special kind of gem, aren't you?🙏
Your liver is likely going to be trashed after this too, so you should probably get blood work done to see how much damage your idiocy actually caused.

So, quit the whining, put some decent clothes on, and go see a doctor to figure out a real solution before you decide to start shoving knitting needles into your uterus like some "old wives' tale" remedy that ends in sepsis.

If she happened to grab the wrong pack of birth control pills, it's really not like she committed some kind of unforgivable sin...

Most countries across the European Union pretty much rely on mifepristone—you might know it as RU486—as their standard abortion pill... it’s typically used up to the eight-week mark to terminate a pregnancy, usually paired with misoprostol.

Just a quick reminder that mifepristone is basically just standard contraception, only you're dealing with a much higher dose...

If our doctors actually did their jobs right, women wouldn't be dealing with these phobias; they’d just see a physician, take a pill, and we wouldn't have to deal with all this drama on the forum... 😉

Not to sound like a broken record... Take a look at that last post from Angela Wright...Everything written there applies to you too...

It’s honestly terrifying... on some tiny local forum in the middle of nowhere, in a thread with maybe forty replies, there are already two people acting like this is actually a brilliant idea...
Absolutely terrifying...

But then I started getting these weird symptoms, like really sore breasts—they felt super heavy—and I was feeling nauseous too. So I took a test and yeah, I'm pregnant... and then yesterday I went out and bought Triquilar and just downed the whole pack at once... is that going to be really dangerous???

Honestly, everyone being dramatic in the comments is just talking nonsense. You're probably fine, worst case scenario you'll grow feathers on your back from those pills. I guess we'll see, but don't sweat it too much. 🙏

For now... but please, get ready, because what you've done is no small matter.
You need to go see a gynecologist ASAP (like, today). Don't let embarrassment stop you from being honest about what happened, because right now, a doctor is the only one who can actually help you. If you feel like you can't do this alone, lean on someone close to you—your mom, a sister, or a best friend who can go with you. It’ll make things much easier.
I really hope that after reading all these posts, you realize the weight of your decision and the potential consequences. I truly hope everything works out for you. And just remember: "Google is your friend." Since you have access to the internet anyway, please use it to educate yourself.

If she actually stumbled upon a real pack of contraceptive pills, she hasn't done anything horrific.

In almost every country in the European Union, mifepristone—better known as RU486, the abortion pill—is used. It’s taken, I believe, up to eight weeks into a pregnancy to terminate it. Usually, it's paired with misoprostol.

Just a reminder: mifepristone is essentially the same thing as standard contraception, just in a higher dose.

If our doctors were actually competent, women wouldn't be dealing with these phobias; they'd just go to a clinic, get the pill, and there would be nothing to debate on a forum. 😉

🙄Oh sure, the best move is to just label every single OB-GYN in America with a medical degree as abnormal, incompetent, and ignorant. And after that, why stop there? Why not just buy everything you Googled online, maybe grab a double dose just to be safe, and shove it straight into your veins or muscle for a faster hit? Since you're clearly such an expert, do you have a medical degree to back up this confidence? Are you planning on handing out prescriptions and dosage instructions for specific cases now? Tell us, while you're at it—do you cure cancer too? 😳
Good grief, some people are just an endless fountain of "original" ideas.

Look, it's not "dangerous"—you're the one who's dangerous to this world and that poor kid.

Wait, what just happened? Are you okay—like, did you start bleeding? Did you get checked out by a doctor yet? Where are you at in the cycle right now? 😕😕😕

Working at a shipyard and having your paycheck delayed by three months? Now *that* is a tragedy. What you’re dealing with right now is just the fallout from making some impulsive decisions, and now you're coming to us for advice. I guess when you were acting like you knew everything and didn't bother asking anyone for guidance, you didn't think this would happen. Sorry, but nobody here is going to fix this for you. Besides, I don't even see the point in giving you advice on whether to commit a crime or not. Look, I'm not even judging you. But regarding those issues—being nineteen, feeling like a kid, wondering how to move forward—well, if you had been more careful and actually learned a few things, this wouldn't be happening. It's like they say: you turn out how your parents raised you. Just realize that you've stepped into the adult world now, and there's no going back from what you've done. You're different from your peers now, regardless of the circumstances. You've crossed a line that can't be uncrossed, and someone needs to be blunt with you about that. Simply put: WELCOME TO THE ADULT WORLD AND THE PROBLEMS THAT HAUNT US ALL too.

I honestly don't get why everyone is losing their minds and making jokes at her expense—even if she is just trolling and messing around in here. What's the big deal?🙂
So, if she happened to stumble upon the right pack of birth control pills—let's assume she actually grabbed the correct ones—it's not like she committed some massive, life-altering crime, right? Nothing catastrophic.

Most countries across the European Union use mifepristone—commonly known as RU486—as an abortion pill. If I recall correctly, it’s used up to the eight-week mark to terminate a pregnancy. Usually, it’s paired with misoprostol to get the job done.

Just a quick reminder—mifepristone is essentially the same thing as standard contraception, just delivered in a much higher dose.

If our doctors actually did their jobs properly, we wouldn't have women coming on here with all these phobias—they’d just go to a clinic, grab a prescription, and there wouldn't be half these forum threads to deal with. 😉

Look, Tuko, endocrinology isn't baking cookies—you can't just tweak the doses whenever you feel like it. Honestly, some people are just absolute morons...

Mifepristone or whatever you want to call it has absolutely nothing to do with CONTRACEPTION. Even if someone were to take it, they shouldn't be doing it solo; you really need daily supervision from an OB-GYN. Besides, here in the States, it isn't even legal...
And then there's the issue of those pill packs that won't actually cause an abortion, but will instead just result in severe fetal abnormalities.
If some young, "smart" lady wanted to take emergency contraception, she could have used some common sense and Googled which pills are actually prescribed and what the correct dosage is.

It’s appalling. This whole topic is just beyond disgraceful.

It feels like we're living in the 18th century.

Look, you seriously need to get yourself to an OBGYN like, yesterday. If having a kid isn't in the cards for you, then just handle it, but please don't try some half-baked, DIY method you found online. I’m not exactly out here campaigning for abortion rights, but seeing how dead-set you are on this—and trying to do it through these insane, sketchy ways—is just wrong. Just go see a doctor, pay the fee, and get it over with properly. Doing it your way is just going to end up poisoning both you and the pregnancy. Honestly, it doesn't even seem like you care that much about the gravity of this, considering you're spending your time hunting for games on the internet instead.

Besides, nineteen years is a lifetime, isn't it? If you were actually looking to raise a kid, you would've just gone ahead and had one at twenty. So what exactly is "too young" supposed to mean here? By that ridiculous logic, you’re basically saying you're too young to even have sex. I honestly couldn't help myself—I had to say it! Why even bother hooking up if you don't know what you want? It's pure selfishness, plain and simple.
