How many hours of sleep are you guys getting?

Over seven hours on weekdays, maybe eight or nine on the weekends.
Honestly, I don't even miss the extra sleep as much as I miss just lying there doing absolutely nothing after I wake up.😢

Between 8:00 and 10:00 AM works for me, though 9:00 AM would be ideal. 🙂 I simply don't feel my best if I get less than eight hours of sleep.

If I don't manage to squeeze in at least nine hours of sleep, I find myself reaching for the Advil the very next day. Not everyone handles insomnia quite the same way, and personally, I’ve always struggled with actually drifting off in the first place.

I usually clock about 9 hours of sleep a night. If life gets crazy and things pile up, I might cut it short, but that’s pretty rare. I don't let anything get in the way! 👍

I generally aim for about nine hours of sleep every night, and while things can get a bit hectic with work or family occasionally, I really try my best to stick to that routine because I find it keeps me centered. I don't let much get in the way of my rest! 👍
What's with all those characters?

Just switching things up to break the monotony...

I used to pull thirteen or fourteen-hour shifts without blinking, averaging about twelve hours a day... but lately, when I’m grinding through a stretch, if I work several days in a row, I’m lucky if I get five or six hours of sleep. Of course, if my shift starts a bit later, I might manage seven.
The pattern seems to be this: when I’m in the thick of it, working five days straight on just five or six hours of shut-eye, I don't actually feel the exhaustion. But the moment I get a couple of days off and try to return to the grind, the fatigue hits me all at once—I'm yawning and struggling to stay awake all damn day.🤣

Maybe 5 to 7 hours. It really depends on where I am in my cycle.😬
I can't seem to get more than 5 hours of sleep without it being a total disaster; I end up with these killer headaches that just won't quit all day long.
Usually, I just split it up into two chunks—like a 3-hour nap and then another 2 hours later on.😢

I can't get more than 5 hours of sleep at once. The migraines leave me with a killer headache all day long.
Usually just split it up into two sessions... like 3 hours then another 2.😢
I don't believe it! Two separate stretches of 2 or 3 hours!? I wouldn't even be able to function if I was only getting 5 to 7 hours regularly. Because if you say you're sleeping 5 to 7 hours, that means some nights you're getting only 5 hours. Man!!!! That's brutal!!!!!!! 😳

Well, what can you do? Most nights I'm only pulling five hours. And it isn't even because I don't have the time—it's just that my body won't let me sleep any longer. I wake up and I'm just wired.
It’s been this way since I was a kid, except for during puberty.
It might be a little rough once I start a full-time job, but until then, I'm not really complaining. 😉

It’s going to be a bit tricky once I start working full-time, but until then, I’m not complaining. 😉
It won't just be "a bit tricky" when you enter the workforce... it’s going to be absolutely brutal, seriously messed up once you start a real job.
Better start preparing now! 🙂 🙂

Back when I was in college, I was easily getting about nine hours of sleep on average.
Nowadays, even with my work schedule and weekends combined, I’m barely averaging eight.
I can drift off instantly, but waking up is an absolute struggle; honestly, if I don't have my coffee first thing, I'm basically a zombie.
I actually find myself wishing I could sleep even less—maybe just six hours—because I've realized how much more productive I could be with those extra hours during the day.
It feels like twenty-four hours simply isn't enough time to get through everything I want or need to accomplish.

9 1/2—yes, nine and a half hours! If I manage to get anything less than nine, my entire skeletal system decides to stage a protest—every single bone starts aching, truly. Not to mention, I am quite the sensitive meteoropath; weather changes affect me more than they probably should. It is most frustrating when some retiree stops me just to say, "Oh, why are you so exhausted? You youngsters are so healthy, whereas we old folks barely have even a pension left..." while I am sitting there thinking that most seniors actually had a much easier time at my age than I am having right now! Apparently, we young people simply aren't allowed to have delicate constitutions! Pish!!

I picked up some pretty terrible sleep habits back in my college days, so now I’ve fallen into this routine where I’m lucky if I get four to six hours of shut-eye on a weekday. By the time the weekend rolls around, I’m absolutely dead to the world; I usually end up sleeping through most of Sunday because, naturally, I always have to be out and about on Saturdays...

After staying up for a few days straight, you start seeing some serious mass die-offs
in your neural pathways
The math says if you hit 11 days without sleep, you're basically a dead man walking.
So, what’s your record? How long have you guys managed to pull an all-nighter?
