How many hours of sleep are you guys getting?

I need about 8 or 9 hours of shut-eye just to feel human, yet I’m consistently pulling closer to 6.

Honestly, if I don't get at least 10 hours of sleep, I am a total zombie. I can somehow power through for days on just three hours of shut-eye, but once I actually catch up on rest? It’s like I become a completely different person.

The biggest irony for me is that I can't sleep if I know I have an early start waiting for me—whether it's a meeting at the office or some weekend trip. I spend my whole work week tossing and turning, then just crash for ten hours on Saturday. Honestly, nothing beats an afternoon nap; it feels like getting two days out of one.

Man, I’ve been stuck in this weird cycle where I'm only getting like 4 or 5 hours of sleep for nine days straight...

Then, out of nowhere, I'll crash and sleep for 10 hours... but then it just goes right back to being super inconsistent and all over the place. 😬

The longest stretch I've gone without real rest?

Probably about 40 hours total, and honestly, like 30 of those were spent grinding away at work.

Typically about 5 to 6 hours during the work week
though I tend to stretch it out to a full 8 hours over the weekend
