A good espresso? Sure, sometimes I even prefer it over a French press, but finding a decent one feels like winning the lottery...

I remember this one time (don't judge me), I had an incredible cup at the Mall of America—was just killing time waiting for a movie and my date—and it was so good I actually asked the surprised barista what kind it was and gave him a shout-out. He just stared at me like I had two heads; I guess people around here aren't really used to getting compliments. Didn't leave a massive tip, though, since it was pretty pricey. Turns out it was just Starbucks, so there you go... ☕

Today was easily one of my best workdays in quite some time.

1. I spent time at Congress, though I didn't get much done besides enjoying several cups of coffee.
2. For lunch, I had some delicious $5.00 spinach and cheese stuffed pancakes served with fries.
3. Later, I spent an hour sipping on a Budweiser in the deep shade of downtown.

Look, screw the retailers. I’m just trying to make a point here: Jesus kicks fucking ass whenever He feels like it!
