...my top 3 uninvited guests from today:
1. a dental filling 😢
2. a freezing rainstorm hitting me right through the window
3. an absolute surplus of irony

...and the top 3 things I was actually hoping for:
1. a letter 😍
2. a massive tub of chocolate syrup ice cream
3. The beat that my heart skipped on DivX 😍

...do I even need to ask if I'm looking forward to tomorrow? 😬

t.a.t.u. was ready to be deleted, but how does anyone have the heart to delete a Vochkov topic like that? 😢

My #1 pick for a solo night walk:

- wandering through empty streets in Indianapolis right after a downpour—ideally with Elliott Smith playing in my headphones. 😍

Jason Chavez32 The user said:stormyviper11, if you’d actually dreamed about me earlier, you would've gone straight for Apollo... 😳

Man, if you ask me—and honestly, YM would probably agree—if you actually had the status of an Apollo, you wouldn't be wasting your breath on a bunch of losers like us on this forum. You'd be out there somewhere, chasing after some naive little ravers instead...

I mean, I’m still totally fixated on that whole "walking uphill in a dream" thing. In my book, that’s easily one of the most soul-crushing nightmares you could ever experience... just endless, pointless struggle while you're trying to sleep... 😲

Man, a user on Reddit just reminded me that my old imaginary band used to be called The Redcoats.

Here’s a top five list of my best fake band names:

5. Britney Swords (industrial/noise)
4. The Redcoats (freak folk)
3. Nervous Hypotenuses (post-punk/disco punk)
2. Das Fahrrad (lo-fi indie)
1. We Love Sneakerheads (sunshine pop/indie vibes)

I don't think this list is quite hitting the mark—mostly because I spent a good chunk of last week diving deep into some Metallica... 😬

I was about two seconds away from telling you all to shove those lists where the sun doesn't shine, but then I caught that last sentence. 🙂 😁

That’s honestly just because it isn't freezing enough for snow and cross-country skiing yet... 😁

That can be quite devastating for one's mental stability and (occasionally) the tear ducts.😳

Mind you, a user named electro cute joined the forum recently, and based on their posts, they're a bigger crybaby than I am. I feel somewhat relieved. 😬

Err... imaginary? As far as I know, there actually was a band by that name... 🤔

Honestly—at this rate, I might end up moving to Alaska just to find some real weather. 😬

The definitive ranking of US Army characters:

1. George 🙏
2. Stela 😍
3. Philip 😵

An honorable mention goes to Matthew, though he doesn't really fit the usual pattern, does he?

My "typical girl activities" hit list:
1. Doing my makeup—even though I rarely bother since I know I won't have the energy to scrub it off later. It’s fun, though—I’ve always had a thing for bright colors and glitter.
2. Rocking high heels—as long as there isn't a massive amount of walking involved.
3. Talking endlessly.
The stuff I absolutely hate:
1. Hair removal. Honestly, if I could change one thing about the world, I’d make hairy legs the trend. Forget solving global hunger or the oil crisis—I’d trade all that just to stop dealing with this. But, I don't exactly have the guts to just be hairy.
2. Shopping. It's exhausting, boring, and a total chore.
3. Chatting on the phone. I'm just not built for it—I can't focus when I'm talking into a device, and once the call ends, I usually have zero clue what we actually talked about. Sometimes I have to awkwardly call the person back just to apologize and beg them to repeat what we agreed on. 😳

Even though summer can be a pretty brutal season, I’ve put together a little list of albums that are just perfect for relaxing on a warm afternoon:

1. Some Hawaiian music compilation my buddy burned onto an MP3 for me
2. Rolling Stones - Exile on Main Street
3. Bruce Springsteen - Nebraska
4. Harry Belafonte - 20 Greatest Hits. This was a German import I picked up while vacationing in the Hamptons
5. The Beatles - Abbey Road
