Would you rather listen to the hum of a processor or the sound of someone slamming a keyboard?
Or maybe you prefer that one style:
"Oh, wow, I suddenly remember how things used to be."

Are you heading over to that guy's place in San Francisco tonight?

Well, see you later
And leave the orange alone; it’s not his fault he lives in a place where the sun doesn't even bother rising until 11 AM and disappears by 3 PM.

He’s not to blame just because he lives somewhere where the sun barely shows up until noon and disappears by 3 PM.

A hilly spot with zero sunshine: some random town in the Midwest.😬

Nicholas Perez33 said:Here’s my official ranking of the absolute worst background noises:

1. The sound of a tennis match playing on the TV in the next room = pure, unadulterated boredom 😱
2. Also that same match—plus the obnoxious engine whining from a Formula 1 race

I honestly don't get how you could possibly hate the sound of tennis more than the sound of F1 racing... I mean, really?😕

That rhythmic tennis ball sound... thud... thud... thud... Honestly, I think it’s actually more irritating than just listening to a car driving in circles. At least there's a bit more action going on over here! 🙂

Well, thank goodness nobody noticed my makeup bag 😍

And honestly, that bald guy wasn't even that much of a headcase 😬

Carol Jackson45 said:It’s freezing out there... 😢

Look, I’m not really looking to get into any heated debates about the coast right now, but man... even up here on Maui, once the winter sun hits, you can feel that chill cutting right through you if you aren't shielded from the wind. It’s brutal. Honestly, I probably should head further south for a bit. Haven't been down that way in ages... 😢

I feel you, but compared to the South, it’s still freezing. I’m basically a lizard; it's never quite warm enough for me. image image image

Man, 63 degrees down there... you're sitting out on the patio drinking coffee.
Where the hell are you hiding, though? I've never seen you around here, buddy.

where even are you, kid? never seen you around here...

I mean, yeah. My childhood, those first few years of grade school, all those summer trips... But lately, I've only been heading down there every once in a while, and I haven't actually made the trip in almost a year and a half... 😢 I really need to time it with a holiday so I can get away for at least 4 or 5 days, I miss it...

My top six grievances:
I - Having to wake up at the crack of dawn tomorrow 👎
II - Chewing on orange zest (which is why I've already wasted half a bottle's worth of this disgusting white GMO peel) 👎
III - Watching mindless junk on TV 👎
IV - Studying for tomorrow's exam, which means I'll inevitably end up watching more mindless junk instead 👎
V - Breathing, because honestly, even that feels like an exhausting physical feat right now 👎
VI - Being stuck in Chicago during a blizzard while everyone down in Miami is sipping coffee on a sunny patio 👎

Gold, Maui (which is what Haley was talking about regarding those patio coffees—my cousin actually confirmed it over the phone) is more of an "outlying island" than part of the "coast"...
