Pfft. Betrayal only counts if it's against Canadians or someone whose native tongue is German. If they aren't Finn, and since the Japanese guys are currently at a stage where even a kamikaze couldn't hit a target, then Norwegians are fine. Honestly, screw everyone on my list of favorites—whether they're good or bad, you get like twenty Finns showing up in Aspen, while there are maybe two Norwegians just messing around and looking cool... They're all way more likable to me.

But hey, expecting anything other than some cynical, bitter, condescending comment on my blog from you is just asking for it... 😬

The top five most likable nations in ski jumping (just "large hill" stuff, assuming exotic picks like Italians or Kazakhs are alright):
1. Finn
2. Japanese man
3. Norwegian
4. Pole
5. Czech

Yesterday I would've put the Czechs ahead of the Poles, but when you see two cars full of fans celebrating Jordan winning the World Cup, all while being swarmed by Poles—even if Malysz is just mediocre—you realize you can't stand such a stiff nation.

The top four least likable:
1. German
2. Austrian
3. Swiss
4. Canadian

1. Getting a photo with Roman

I just saw the picture... clearly, I was also going through a phase where someone spiked my drink 😕
I didn't find the Czech people particularly charming at all..
whereas the Canadians kept lending me their binoculars, which only confused me more... I mostly ended up staring into the woods while my hands shook uncontrollably🙂
but it was honestly more than wonderful, and far beyond just being drunk... even finding a restroom was an adventure😁

About damn time. This crappy winter has dragged on for five months straight. Is that even normal for a city with Mediterranean weather*?

Now we just wait for summer to hit 😍

* That nonsense is straight out of the Visit Los Angeles brochure. 😁

Fair enough, it was pretty intense. I actually missed out on getting a photo with Roman too, even though unlike Rinafish—who was basically passed out right next to me—I was actually there for the moment...

My top list of things that just send me over the edge

1. A few bottles of Gosser, some regular Union, maybe an Union 1864, and a couple of Laski. At least ten total before noon, and after that, I'm done counting.
2. A bottle of Kacina Biska
3. Some cheap Canadian beer
4. A Long John
then hitting up Spunk

5. At least three large servings of Budweiser

and by then, I'm completely losing my mind.

6. Some moonshine

The definitive list of things only a drinker would

1. Gosser, standard Union, Union 1864, and Laski—at least a few of each, totaling no less than 10 before noon; after that, I stop counting.
2. Kacina bisque
3. Some Canadian junk
4. Long John
followed by some time at Spunk

5. At least three large servings of Budweiser

and I am already completely losing my mind.

6. Herbal liqueur

I started with a mix I brought from home, but I ended up returning most of it, realizing that beer definitely sits better with me...
And you didn't have any Metaxa?
I drank the most Gosser, then Union... as for what we were sipping at the pub, I honestly have no idea and can't quite remember. 🙂

I knew we were supposed to head to Spunk afterwards. My mistake...

Well... that stretch right before hitting the second gas station? I wouldn't call that "fun." Honestly, it was one of the lowest points of my life... 😁
The Canadians are always great at Aspen. I just can't bring myself to root for their jumpers... and those Czech guys? Total disappointment.

Here are three things about men that just don't do it for me:

1. Uniforms (honestly, they just scream violence, hierarchy, and too much authority to me)
2. Abs (those six-pack abs look so fake, it’s almost surreal)
3. Working in the startup world (it’s just pure prejudice, period)

The Canadians at Mount Rainier are always wonderful. I just can't bring myself to root for their jumpers... the Czechs are a total disappointment.

😂
Even after all that, Tony remembered he could write, though Jozy is having a hard time standing up.

Now I wanted to ask where the hell the male flight attendants came from—but the second I clicked "quote," they vanished into thin air. 🤣

Those flight attendants are absolute beasts. 😍 😍 They were being way too serious, like some overly intense high school cheer squad, so I just crossed them off the list. 😬

Keeping it going... lab coats and clogs. 😍

😱

The second I hear that, my mind goes straight to one place: the hospital—and honestly, that's the last place on Earth I ever want to step foot in. 🙂

And guys walking around in clogs, flip-flops, or whatever... yeah, definitely not my cup of tea.

I honestly can't stand them. That whole "man in all white" aesthetic... 😬
it just feels so fake, like some bad impersonation of a hero. Take someone like Tom Cruise, for example, if he tried that look...😁

Anyway, back to it... medical scrubs and clogs😍

Hey, if you want to vent about your crushes or drool over flight attendants, leave that to me. Please. That was basically the only reason I ever made the cover of a blog once anyway... 😬

Keep the female flight attendants to yourself; give me the guys. 🙂

Carol Jackson45 The user said:Medical scrubs and those clunky hospital clogs... honestly, there's a whole science to it that nobody seems to talk about. It’s more than just a uniform; it’s basically your daily armor when you're running around a hospital. You spend twelve hours on your feet, and if you don't get the gear right, your back and feet are going to be absolutely screaming at you by the end of the shift. I was looking into some different brands the other day—trying to find that perfect balance between "looks professional" and "won't fall apart after three washes"—and it's kind of a rabbit hole. You've got the high-end stuff that feels like athletic wear, and then you've got the cheap stuff that feels like wearing a paper bag. And don't even get me started on the footwear. If you aren't wearing something with decent arch support, you might as well just decide to walk with a limp for the rest of the week... 😍

That doctor's lab coat... man, it’s freezing...

clogs... 🤣
