I’ll admit it—I probably drink five or six cups of coffee a day. I’m a total addict at this point.
How about you all? What's your daily caffeine count looking like?

I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Right now, I’m trying to phase out the afternoon dose.

Does anyone else just... worry about gallstones? Like, all the time?

Will a cold beer fix it?

How about you guys?

Usually I just grab two cups in the afternoon... maybe one in the morning if I'm feeling it, but rarely.
I definitely can't do coffee on an empty stomach!

I’ve never been a coffee person. I honestly don't get how some people can be so dependent on it—not literally, obviously, but you know the type. Some people just can't seem to function properly until they've had their first cup.😕

It’s all just about getting into a routine
you walk into a Starbucks and what else are you gonna get?
coffee, obviously, because it’s still a total steal

I’ve been slamming coffee all day long, and honestly, I haven’t even begun to count how many cups I’ve gone through 😁

Oh man, you totally get hooked though... if I miss my cup or forget, the headache is absolutely brutal.
But hey, coffee is just my vibe, so I'm not even trying to quit...

I used to look at it the exact same way you do.

Then, out of nowhere, I became a total caffeine addict. ☕

One of my exam questions in film studies actually touched on the harmful effects of coffee... and honestly, despite the adrenaline spikes and the jitters it gives me, I just can't quit it... it's simply too damn good. 🙂

Back in my college days, I practically lived on coffee, nursing a cup from sunrise to sunset.
Nowadays, I strictly limit myself to a single morning serving—honestly, it’s the only way I can successfully jumpstart my brain—
because if I touch an afternoon cup, I start vibrating like a tuning fork.

Just one morning Turkish coffee... more than half a large mug, actually. I use a small one just for the milk.
Without it, I can barely even walk because my blood pressure drops so low.

And that’s really it. In the afternoon, no matter how much I feel like napping, I refuse to touch any more caffeine.

I can't stand drinking coffee on an empty stomach.

The problem is, your "cup" packs more punch than ten regular coffees over here.😁

Melissa Gonzalez21, could you maybe give us a more concise description of where you are? Some of us are still stuck living in 800x600 resolution here. 😬

Dammit

I guess they were supposed to bring back the usernames and move everything over
Still waiting 😁
If they don't do it, I'm changing mine😁

Honestly 😁
I feel like if I downed 5 or 6 cups of my coffee, I’d be buzzing around like a hummingbird!
Plus, drinking coffee is a whole ritual for me. I can't just grab it on the run, so having it too often wouldn't even work with my schedule...
