wow 🤣

Or perhaps they’re just looking for an excuse to check out, feeling completely disillusioned by the state of things in this country...?

Maybe they're just keeping an eye out to see if that thick fog is going to roll in.

Have you guys actually mapped out the signaling 😬

Something resembling a massive letter S in the sky—with wings, obviously.

And what about the sword? We can't just overlook the sword.

This honestly sounds like some cheesy perfume commercial for something like BRUT... the scent of a real man 😁 😁 😁

Angela Chavez36 said:Oh man, is that the Australian girl who used to move stuff around with that weird zipper thing?
aww 😍
hadn't thought about her in forever...

Yeah, I can't even remember what that zipper and bracelet were called... that bracelet had some tiny computer or something built into it...

She's practically a legend 🤣

I have a feeling you're gonna blow up any second now :Sismis:

Top 5 hit shows where I’ve only actually seen one or two episodes:

1. The Simpsons - specifically that one where Homer starts hallucinating paranormal stuff and Mulder (or maybe Scully) shows up to investigate, while Homer just wants to get back to his pizza (looking at the clock like, 'It's 2 a.m., I have to go home and spend some quality time with my kids'). Oh, and I caught a snippet of that episode featuring U2
2. Futurama - after a party once, everyone kept badgering me to watch it. I managed to endure an episode and a half, but honestly, I don't remember a single thing about it.
3. The X-Files - I genuinely have no idea who Mulder and Scully even are.
4. Desperate Housewives - I actually liked this one, but I’m never home when it’s on, so this is all I've got.
5. Star Trek - as far as the animated characters go, I find those humanoids in their unbelievable spandex suits totally uninteresting. I followed Babylon 5 for a bit because of Mira, but I never really grasped the whole premise.

Top 5 series from my childhood:

1. Blake's Seven
2. 2. Sandokan
3. The Return of the Outcasts (they didn't rerun them until much later)
4. The Precision Scale
5. The Cabin in Little Rit. Or was it the winter break in Jakobsfeld? 🤔

Carol Jackson45 said:I can't quite wrap my head around the name... what was that specific zipper fastener and bracelet combo called? It had some kind of tiny little computer or device embedded right in the bracelet itself.

Yeah, I loved that show too. The device was called a transducer—it moved things just by sheer willpower—and he wore this "computer companion" bracelet that the girl nicknamed PJ. Honestly, I remember it like it was yesterday. 🙂
I have this one specific scene burned into my brain. You know the one—early on, the main girl's friend shows up with this bright pink hair. Then she steps under that ultrasonic shower, and it just strips the color right off her, leaving her with this dull, light brown look. It was such a striking moment. I have a tendency to remember the strange things. Oddities tend to stick with me.

Karen Doyle2 😘

Total fail. How did we miss Alpha? 🤔
You guys could've finally checked out who Fraglik is. I'm sick of everyone giving me blank stares whenever I bring them up.

pet said:Look, like I said, I don't really watch TV, let alone binge series. If I dig through my memory, the only show that ever made me sprint home from school was 'Return to Eden.' Those crocodile women? Wild stuff. Seriously old school.

Well, you’re gonna be incredibly jealous then, 😬 because this summer I actually spent my time learning American by listening to some guy—just a minor character, really—from that exact show.😁

Mansell would definitely make the extended list, but I honestly never cared for those other two.

Even if Piquet was one of the absolute greatest geniuses to ever sit in a cockpit. I remember this story where some overeager reporter cornered him before a race: "So, Piquet, are you going for the win today?" And the guy just looks him dead in the eye and says, with a totally straight face, "No, today I'm aiming for eleventh!" 🤣
