What would you rather watch for Christmas?

Every year during the Christmas season, Americans sit down to watch It's a Wonderful Life, while we usually end up stuck with some random biblical movie.
What would you guys rather watch?

"Miracle on 34th Street" is hands down the best Christmas movie ever made!!! 🙏 🙏

Ever since we switched over to the current networks, they’ve made it a tradition to air that one-of-a-kind, absolutely legendary, and always hilarious masterpiece of a sketch, Dinner for One, right alongside the usual programming.
Honestly, that’s the kind of thing I actually look forward to watching.

Miracle on 34th Street — that film starring Anthony LaPagli where the guy experiences this bizarrely twisted kind of luck. He ends up dating a Puerto Rican woman back in 1970s New York City, right when tensions between those communities were high. Her brother attacks him with a knife, which seems terrible, but then while they're treating his wound in the hospital, they happen to catch a tumor in its early stages and successfully remove it.

A Christmas story — as someone else mentioned, that one about the kid in the 1940s who’s desperate to get a Red Sox game for Christmas.

"It's a Wonderful Life" — does anyone know where I can find that one? They used to air it every single Christmas, but I haven't seen it on TV in years.

"Bernard and the Genie" — a decent enough flick about a polite, somewhat spineless Englishman who finds a magic lamp during the Christmas season. The genie can grant any wish he wants. Rowan Atkinson plays a villainous art dealer with a goatee, and the movie is full of ridiculous lines. Here is one of the better ones:
Bernard: "Yes, I realize New York City seems alright, but I wanted to move out of the city because the pollution is just too much."
Genie: "Pollution?! My friend, in Jerusalem, merchants had to write on the vegetables just to make them look fresh!"

I’m honestly leaning toward watching It's a Wonderful Life since it’s been ages since I last sat down with it.
I also find myself wishing they’d release some sort of... how should I put this? Adult fairy tales. Something like Amelie or Big Fish. They don't exactly scream "holiday classic," but they possess that underlying sense of benevolence 😁 that really ought to define the whole Christmas season.

During the Christmas season, there's nothing else to do but watch the classics! The Grinch! Such a classic character. I always find myself rooting for him during the Christmas season.

You are quite right, actually. It is almost as if no other films exist. 😳

For Christmas, I always make sure to watch It's a Wonderful Life—it’s become a long-standing tradition of mine—though I do try my best to ignore how much of an American cliché it actually is.

What can I even say? It seems everyone else had the exact same idea. 😁

Plus, I have to mention Nightmare Before Christmas... personally, I don't find it spooky at all; to me, it just feels purely Christmassy.😍

First off, don't tell me where to go. Second, Home Alone is a Christmas movie, so it fits perfectly. Third, if you can't find it funny when Pesci's hair catches fire or he slips on ice, maybe you just didn't have a normal childhood. 😬 Besides, that movie launched his career right before he hit it big in 'The Super' and 'Jimmy Hollywood.' Even Michael Jackson was working with Jack Nicholson around then, getting credited as 'the blond kid' on hits like 'Black or White,' while things were starting to spiral. So, take your feathers and your mud somewhere else, maybe www.clueless.com and stop reading.
