Look, some pizzas suck, but you gotta try that one with the crazy nameβ€”you know, that one from the local pizza colonyβ€”with the chicken. It’s absolute perfection. We grabbed some at Pizza Hut this past Sunday, and man, I was blown away.

I can just picture Kevin Chavez3 ordering that thingβ€”"Yeah, lemme get one of those crazy-named ones." πŸ˜‚

... if they even bother with enough bacon. 😬

Look, I don't care about the crust. The real issues are the dry dough, the lack of actual tomato sauce, fossilized mushrooms, and overpriced salami hitting $37 a pound. You need someone to take you to a real spot in Indianapolis, maybe Galija or Fratell, once a decent chef actually turns up... then you'll know what a real pizza tastes like.

@ vividcanyon2.

Our guy almost blew it just because we don't know any songs by Colony. They actually handed us a flyer "to study." I honestly thought about calling out Karma for this...

@ pomor.

I didn't quite catch why Lane's mom is in prison. Did she kill her husband or some other *****?

@ lale.

I only listen to Colony when I have to. Not a fan at all, especially since Indira wrecked Narciso's marriage just to get him...

Honestly, you can find them in pretty much any local corner store. πŸ˜‰

In a town where we barely have two stoplights to our name, that kind of thing is a rare find. But hey... I'll take it. Thanks for the heads-up. 😍

Susan Clark10 said:you really ought to take a page out of that duck's book; he actually confessed to me once that my zucchini smelled pretty amazing, went so far as to give them a taste, too😁

that's just because he's trying so hard to be Steve's friend, while you're constantly acting like his godfatherπŸ˜‚

I suppose I might be giving off the wrong impression, but I don't actually have anything against vegetables. Or pasta. Or cheese. In fact, I still have the energy to cook all of it. I’d probably make a decent vegetarian. I could even give up most meats (including lamb), except for a few things:

1. anything straight off the BBQ
2. anything breaded and fried
πŸ™‚

not gonna happen baby. β˜•

P.S. when are we grabbing gyros? That place stays open until 11, and they actually delivered to me at 10:45 last nightβ€”it was a total lifesaver. πŸ™‚

There's no necessity involved here. Just head over to the local Pizza Hut about twenty minutes from the Kum's place, right in front of that old Colony warehouse*.

_______________
*Local slang from around here: "Man, that warehouse! It was such a thing back in the day; we used to joke about it on the phone all the time: 'Hey man, how's the weather?' β€” 'Don't even bother going out, it's a total warehouse day!'"

You mean feta, right? 😁 Once I stop coughing like an elephant, I might be able to eat something other than honey. πŸ™„

My honey ranking:

1. That thick wildflower stuff with the honeycomb inside πŸ™‚
2. Acacia
3. Clover (if the first two aren't available)

I'm low-key terrified of walking into that pizzeriaβ€”having that many Colonia fans packed into such a small space? No thanks. πŸ™‚

That’s probably just because I go to concerts without a jacket and then freeze my tail off once I step outside.😳
