I don't think you've quite got Massive Attack right—for one, those tracks are just more my speed, and I wouldn't call myself goth anyway; I’d say they lean a bit more toward that hippie vibe. Secondly, just remember who was diving deep into Grateful Dead recently! As for the ranking, I wasn't really looking at specific numbers, other than maybe counting how many albums I've played through. It would probably take me a hundred years to rank them all properly, especially since it's so hard when I love 😍 this much. And fourthly, and most importantly, don't forget that I'm gay and you're just acting as my cover 😬.

P.S. if you're heading out, grab a duck so she can film some karaoke for me

COME ON!

P.S. while you're at it, tell Duck to film me singing la la

I can't give that to you. It’s a keepsake from my favorite professor, complete with a dedication in Italian—it wouldn't be right of me to part with it. 🙂

But I'll burn both that and the la la for you.

As for Duck, he's currently holed up in his man cave after gaming for eight hours straight and chatting with teammates online. Honestly, I thought he'd lost his mind talking to himself. 😬

he actually told me he’d finally found the perfect lame excuse to talk to himself without anyone giving him a hard time about it😁

btw, three "yeses" in one sentence image

😳 😳 Thanks, thanks a lot...

Honestly, you can insult whoever you want, but if someone puts When the Levee Breaks and Achilles in their list, they’re clearly holding onto some hope... just like him.

3. honey glazed sponge cakes

Man, those sponge cakes!! Seriously!! 🙂

Back when my great-grandmother was still around, there were always plenty of them on the table—but now? For the last ten years or so, they’ve been nothing but total garbage from the grocery store.🙂

Anyway, I'm taking orders. Help yourselves...
A pound of baklava—pistachio, almond, or walnut—for $20. $27
Finding decent honey cookies these days is getting tough, especially the old-school kind. Nowadays, they just throw in coconut flakes and all sorts of random crap, so they aren't what they used to be... but whatever.

Since I finally embraced my own tech-illiteracy the other day by actually buying a USB stick, I figured I might as well get personal about my setup:

MY TOP 4 HARDWARE PICKS:
1. TV tuner card
2. Monitor
3. PC case (just a big, expensive black void)
4. Keyboard 😍 (thin and laptop-style; honestly, I’m done with mechanical keys forever)

MY TOP 3 SOFTWARE:
1. iTunes
2. Windows Media Player
3. Internet Explorer 🙂

MOST HATED:
1. Graphics cards. $467 They cost an absolute fortune, and instead of just communicating through drivers, it feels like we have to hire a lawyer just to get them to talk to the system :2up:

My top 5 favorite local tracks about animals... or at least anything involving creatures:

Tom Petty "Tu-tu, auto, vrag ti piz odnija!"
Idoli "Moja si"
The Doors "No comment"
Alternative rock discography "Grasshopper got stuck in her sleeve"
Alternative rock discography "Yellowed trumpets"

On the bench:
Arsenic "Man and Dog"

I noticed none of Corbin's tracks made the cut. It feels a bit unfair when people go out of their way to mention beasts in almost every other song—if not every second one, then certainly every third—so here we go:
+ EXTRA BONUS: 5 of my favorite animal-themed Corbin tracks:

Indifferent to the yard
Two dollars, buddy
I don't want to be an animal
Faithful dog
The dogs are going to finish me off

gentlepuma20 said:Man, your list is a total disaster. First off, leaving out "No Quarter" is a joke; it proves you have zero appreciation for that mystical, psychedelic vibe. Second, putting that hippie-dippie track at number one? Absolutely not. Third, "Since I've Been Loving You" blows "Dazed and Confused" out of the water. And honestly, this list is way too soft. Let's try this again from scratch!

gentlepuma20 aka Abyss the Slayer,

"Song Remains the Same" isn't some soft-rock hippie anthem; it’s pure, unadulterated rock and roll. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against "No Quarter," but honestly, "Since I've Been Loving You" absolutely runs circles around "Dazed and Confused."

Right now, it’s nothing but the heavy hitters...

Song Remains the Same
When the Levee Breaks
Achilles Last Stand
Immigrant Song

Lately, I’ve been feeling more dragged down by the mindless zombies than the actual monsters, so I’ve decided to dive back into six albums that are actually worth my time:

Is iTunes really your favorite thing on Windows? (And on the same machine you use for browsing?) 😢 Personally, I find the software to be an incredibly clunky, bloated mess. I have no idea how anyone could rank it at the top. 😢

Top 5 worst things I’ve eaten over the last week

1. A larva... accidentally... because a cricket laid eggs in my Corn Flakes 🙂 🙂
2. That soy cheese, which I am still convinced is just a sponge soaked in some Chinese garbage 🤮
3. Mexican salsa, packed with hidden corn, that was somehow sweet instead of spicy?! 😕
4. Some horrific chicken fillets at that awful reception; they were sugary and covered in some terrible UFO seasoning... anyway, disgusting! 🙂
5. XTC 😈 😵

Melissa Collins41 said:Is iTunes really your favorite thing to run on Windows? (And on the same machine where you’re just trying to browse with Internet Explorer?) 😢 Personally, I find it to be this clunky, bloated, utterly unusable piece of garbage; I honestly can't wrap my head around how anyone considers it the gold standard.😢

Whatever. What else is there to say?

First off, the default interface is gorgeous, which is a huge step up from Winamp—honestly, I can't decide if that classic black skin or the "revolutionary" blue one was more eyesore-inducing. If a developer doesn't care about the aesthetic of their own product, you have to wonder if they even care about the code itself.
🥳
Secondly, everything is contained in a single window. You open it up, drag it around, and everything related to your music moves with it. In this day and age, isn't that just a basic necessity?

Thirdly, it has the most incredible feature ever: the ability to automatically reshuffle my tracks based on tempo the second I hit play or update a tag. 🙏
There’s nothing quite as satisfying as dragging an MP3 straight to the desktop, double-clicking it, and then just deleting it when you're done.
Not that I’d admit it, but I suppose if I were a "real man," I’d be moving files around via the command prompt or some Linux terminal instead.
And finally, it saves me from the absolute misery of managing playlists. 🙂
