Female serial killers?

So, I just finished watching Mindhunters. Honestly? It was mediocre at best.

The whole time I was sitting there wondering: why haven't I ever seen a movie where the serial killer is a woman being hunted by the FBI?

Does even that kind of movie exist?

I wonder what the feminists would have to say about that. Why aren't they pushing for more stories like that?

Think about it. Half the planet is female. How could such a massive demographic fail to produce a single deranged killer targeting women?

A high-budget horror movie based on her life would be insane! But man, who could even play her? Sharon Stone? Nah, doesn't quite fit the vibe... Juliette Lewis is totally unhinged, which is great, but she feels a little too "all-American" to pull off an imperial European royal. Who else? Angelina Jolie? She definitely proved in Georgia that she can handle that kind of intensity... We need someone incredibly sexy, but also someone who looks like they might actually snap.

Cate Blanchett?
