hehe...dehydration...not funny...and there isn't an IV drip anywhere nearby...that's the problem.

but let's hope that doesn't happen...not from just one bout of vomiting in two days...

The doctor says no... Well, actually, he did say I could have a little bit tomorrow or the day after, that it might even be good for me 🙂 but today and tonight? Absolutely not.

Well, I would suggest opting for some non-carbonated mineral water... taken in small sips rather than gulps.

👍 The thing is, I usually just take the black pill straight😁 without all the dissolving nonsense. Ever since then, it’s been a permanent fixture in my home and travel first-aid kit...

Gosh, I had a similar experience last summer. If I didn't starve to death back then, I probably never will.
For an entire week, everything I ate just came right back up. I was strictly on a diet of herbal tea.😢

Hey, I’ve been seriously getting into this whole tea thing lately. I’ve just been sitting here, really savoring different varieties—mostly some high-end Indian blends and classic English brews. It’s become my little daily ritual, trying something new every single day... 🙂

I guess I could probably get used to 🙂this lifestyle
