1 cup of coffee in the morning before work, usually while I'm still lounging around in my pajamas. Most days, that’s really the only caffeine fix I bother with—unless, of course, I am absolutely, utterly running on empty. If I’m feeling particularly exhausted or just completely out of it, I might indulge in a second cup in the afternoon, mostly just to convince myself that it’ll actually help me function. But honestly, those afternoon pickups happen maybe once every few months at most.

I’m easily hitting two pots of coffee a day. Sometimes more, but honestly, I start getting heart palpitations if I overdo it. I am a massive caffeine addict.

In the morning, once I finally make it into the office—I always grab ☕ and then usually treat myself to another one in the early afternoon. Right around lunch, you know.

After that, I'm done for the day since I tend to be a total night owl anyway.
I've pretty much stopped making my own coffee at home, and I don't bother with it on the weekends either, unless I'm out with someone, in which case I'll definitely have one because, honestly, I miss it. 😁

Probably way more than I actually should! My morning starts with a massive coffee—like, a huge mug—then an espresso right after, followed by another latte in the afternoon, and then half the time I’m finishing the night off with a coffee and milk.
Man, talk about a caffeine addict! 😁

Sarah Gomez52 said:1 -2....definitely in the morning, then maybe in the afternoon if I'm hanging out with someone.

Same here...morning is strictly for coffee, and in the afternoon, if I'm out with people, I honestly can't think of anything else worth ordering...

none of those instant or pre-ground cheapo blends count

In the morning, I’m all about a strong drip coffee
At work, people always come up with these pathetic excuses just to grab a latte
If I’m home in the afternoon, I’ll treat myself to a dark roast
Then by evening, it’s an espresso with milk

I wasn't always this picky; it was a slow burn, mostly because life in NYC and the grind of my job totally broke me

I don't even really need coffee; I'm more of a water addict, though it feels a bit ridiculous paying premium prices for bottled water at the airport, so I usually just grab a macchiato and make sure to knock back at least half a liter of water alongside it... plus, I like to take my time with the morning news while I sit there.

☕ 👍

I’m hitting about 3 or 4 espressos a day lately. Is that overkill? Ever since I got my espresso machine, life has been 🙂 Honestly, looking back, how did I even function without it?

I usually cap it at three coffees a day—definitely two in the morning or I’m basically a zombie
otherwise I wouldn't even function, and that last one is usually just for when I'm hanging out late at night.
Obviously, drinking too much isn't great for you, but it really comes down to what kind of
brew you're hitting. For me though, my day just wouldn't happen without it.😁

I don't touch coffee at all, mostly because I’ve never quite found myself drawn to the whole ritualistic aspect of it, and as Jesse Fox14 pointed out, the entire ordeal just feels rather exhausting😂 Besides, on those rare occasions when I do indulge, it’s a total disaster. I end up completely wired—hyperactive, jittery, with my heart racing like it's running a marathon—it’s honestly quite dreadful

Are you guys measuring everything in cups? 😉

One mug in the morning
Another one in the evening
And maybe an espresso in between

I’ll whip up some dinner, then crack open a freshly opened Budweiser ☕
Plus, my blood pressure is always bottoming out

I don't drink much—just one or two cups a day—but I've noticed that I feel like I "have" to have them, which suggests I'm already hooked. Beyond the obvious dependency, I’m not entirely sure what other side effects coffee leaves behind. It would be helpful if someone could weigh in on the long-term implications... I'm already a smoker, so I might as well address this if it's going to be bad for my health in the long run.

Grow a pair 😛

I just make it at home in the morning... brew it myself and enjoy it
then later when I hit a coffee shop, I'll order one there
I drink maybe two or three a day

It depends, I guess. Sometimes none at all, sometimes maybe two or three.
In the mornings, I only make a cappuccino if I actually have the time. But most days I don't, since I try to sleep in as long as possible and then end up rushing out the door at the last second...

😂 I'm exactly the same way. 😁
Is there anyone else out there who finds it absolutely impossible to sleep if they have coffee in the evening? (Give this a like if you're with me!) 😳

I usually brew my last cup of coffee around 10 PM, just enough to settle in for a good movie.
The thing is, caffeine actually puts me right out—I often end up falling asleep with the mug still in my hand. 🙄

The problem is coffee puts me right to sleep; I’ve definitely fallen asleep with the mug still in my hand.🙄

That used to happen to me back in college when I was chugging liters of black coffee. Eventually, my stomach started protesting, so now I stick to one or two lattes with plenty of milk. Even then, if I have a coffee in the evening, I'm out like a light—sometimes even with the cup in my hand.☕
